It was an awesome ending to a perfect game.

Watching Sin and the Aeons burst onto swarms of Pyreflies was beautiful, and Tidus' running-dive off the airship and high-fiving Jecht was awesome.

but what takes the cake (Pun Groaner....)
Prince of Persia: Sand of Time. I love the ending. How it loops back on its self like that and! Time only knows is one of my top video game songs

Half Life 2.

Ocarina of Time or Shadow of the Colossus for me.

Although I did love Uncharted 2's, because it's the only game that has ended while making me laugh.

Although the game wasn't really great itself, the ending to Unreal 2 was decent and surprisingly saddening. First and last game to really pull my heartstrings with its ending.

It surprised me aswell, the game itself was pretty mediocre but the ending... It really stirred some emotions for me.
Also the Sith ending of KotOR 1 was really bad-ass and the various endings of Mass Effect, alltho it they are not real endings imo since the game will continue as of ME2. And Starcraft Brood War have a really nice ending

I also like the end of the Beatle's Rock Band. A good song choice, using In the End like that. Perfect!

For those who have played "Castle Crasher's" on the Xbox arcade I think its from, the ending is quite awesome. Funny Sober pissing my pants when drunk
