Baldur's Gate 2. Although, actually, there's an easter egg in ToB that gives you a grenade launcher.

I was going to say Portal until I remembered the turrets.

I would have to go with Tenchu, pretty much all of them. They are great games which could be even better with a decent sized studio behind them.

It's never referred to in-game as a gun, that's just what fans call it because they are lazy.

It's a "handheld port device", guns are weapons or devices that shoot something, it opens portals.
