The Prince of Egypt, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, and The Iron Giant.

Great voice acting, great scores, great stories. I love those movies so much.

Though, for the record, the only Disney animated movies I really liked were Fantasia and Fantasia 2000.
Damn it all to hell! You just said the only three I could think of.

The Triplets of Belleville.
Dangit! I forgot about that one; that was such a cool movie. I really need to see that again. The grandmother using her wooden shoe to trip up her pursuers into a smokestack that belches them out was priceless.

Man, such an underrated movie.

basically every Pixar film :)
Basically Pixar is owned by Disney.

I'd pick Kung Fu Panda, Iron Giant, Spirited Away or...I've got none. I have atleast 15 animated movies BY Disney that exceed these three. Without Disney, animation doesn't exist.

Yellow Submarine, y'know, that Beatles one.

Best movie ever, other than Mary Poppins.

Well if you are going to say that Pixar films don't count becuse they are made in association with Disney then you can't count Spirited Away either because Studio Ghilbi makes their movies in association with Disney also.

On Topic however; I would have to say that Shark Tale, Kung Fu Panda and An American Tail are my favorite non Disney movies. I like Shark Tale because it has a great soundtrack and Kung Fu Panda has one of the most awesome concepts I have ever seen in a movie. The American Tail movies are also great because I bought the first two movies when I was a kid and they were my absolute favorite animated movies at the time.

What about Hannah and Barbera?
Oh, yeah, definitely them too. I totally forgot. Let's say...about 57% of animation would cease to exist. I don't know what that 57% means, but you get my point.

Pretty much any Pixar movie. However, a lot of Pixar movies were made with Disney. Thus my actual answer is probably something like All Dogs Go To Heaven, or maybe Anastasia or Cats Don't Dance. Any of those that have a lot of musical numbers that you can sing along to :D
