Count Duckula = Classic
Seconded, Count Duckula is absolutely hilarious, even now.

For a more 'serious' cartoon, I did quite enjoy Visionaries [http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ldfBe75S9Q0] ("Knights of the Magical Light dum dee doo...").

For some reason I can only say that in my head in song.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I've just remembered i loved Centurions too. Power Xtreme! [http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=y5168yjG3Qw]

Another favourite of mine from when I was young is Mr T [http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=-mDQ-Yg6AME].

It's so funny watching it now, it's like a very dumb, slow, draw out Scooby Doo. It's takes them half an episode to piece together the simplest clues, also Mr T. doesn't quite have the right attitude to be working with children, he can be quite harsh & demanding at times, also very blunt & tactless. "Hey Joey, they all hate you now because you're the new kid, but they'll like you eventually!"

I remember Captain Buckey O'Hare, Reboot, Earthworm Jim and Darkwing Duck all as being great.

But no cartoon had anything on Dino Riders

Space-people riding dinosaurs armed with tons of lasers? My TV nearly exploded by sheer awesome the first time I saw this cartoon.
The bad guy rode a T-Rex into battle......nuff said

QFT. I also liked DuckTales, Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century, Wishbone, Bill Nye the Science Guy, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (which, IMO, is the only cartoon that has stayed good over the years)
