The alien rifles from fallout 3 never fail to wreck s***. Also, the pistol from Alpha Protocol was pretty much the "win game" button once you maxed out chain shot. Once more, you can't go wrong with Duke's Shrink-Ray (if only it worked on bosses)

Explosive Arrows in Minecraft. True it is a mod but it is so much fun to get a pile of enemies together in one concentrated area and use the arrow and collect the all the loot afterwords. Satisfyingly fun to use on animals as well.

The GDI Ion Cannon. I don't actually have any confirmation, but I'm pretty sure that, aside from dissolving armies and fortresses from space, it will also destroy one's soul if it's used only on them.

If not, it's still pretty fucking amazing to use on things.

Hmmm...

The Cerebral Bore (Turok 2) is one of my favorites but hands down when it comes to me dominating someone just give me proximity mines (Goldeneye/Perfect Dark) and a Farsight (Perfect Dark.)

I also was pretty accurate with plasma grenades in Halo:CE made a few friends ragequit when they got stuck with a plasma grenade when they were on the other side of the map. A favorite modifier of mine was everyone always camo'ed with shotguns and no radar then proceed to melee everyone to death.

I was once on a server of TF2 where the admin turned on friendly fire and gave everyone Valve rocket launchers. I was the quickest and wiped out my entire team in seconds. Most of the other team too! So yes the Valve rocket launcher is the best. Especially if you're playing scout.

Why it's the Death Star, of course. Before you ask, yes it is in a game: Star Wars: Empire at War.

Using it on a planet reduces it to an asteroid belt that provides you with no resources, no tactical land emplacements, no galactic bonuses and no opertunity to build barracs, factories or other useful buildings.

Really, there is NO strategic purpose to even building the thing and, depending on the rules, getting it destroyed can loose you the entire campaign. The only two possible uses are A) Bordem, not wanting to fight through a land battle and B) The opertunity to shout "Yeah, fuck you Rebel Scum!!!" The very spirit of an overkill weapon.

You're talking about number of shots fired, I'm talking about the firepower of the weapon. Think of it as the equivalent of ten normal sniper rifle shots. It would still be one shot, but it's ten times as great.
