Big Goron's Sword from Zelda: Ocarina of time. That thing was so easy to get and just means that you win after you get it.

Experimental MIRV by far. Eight mini-nukes, no telling where they'll go, but who cares? Once you've got this thing they might as well roll credits, 'cause there ain't a single baddie left in the game that can stand up to you.
I have literally used that to lay siege to Evergreen Mills and Tenpenny Tower(though technically nothing happened to the latter). I won many, many times.

The Blade of Olympus in the God of War franchise. What can I say? I'm old-school.

The motherfucking Chemical Thrower from Bioshock:

Three different flavors of overpowered. I can burn splicers to death in seconds, freeze turrets and bots for easy hacks, and kill Big Daddies without a stratagy, or even having to MOVE.

Tell me that isn't overpowered.

The Fuel-Rod Cannon from Halo Reach with bottomless clip mode on.

See that stuff over there? It's gone now.

Gears 3 Beta has a new sniper cannon called the oneshot. It lives up to its name tenfold.

The Glave in Dark Sector. Its an effing razor sharp boomerang that i cant control in midair slomo, make it explode with fire or electricity, no ammo needed for it, and it always comes back to me. Beats any old shotgun.

Pretty much what the header says, what's your favorite method of over-kill in a game. A tribute to those weapons that are so insanely over-powered that the only sane reaction is maniacal laughter.

Mine is the Akimbo enabled alt-fire of BLOOD's Napalm Launcher.

The alt-fire was formidable indeed, setting off cluster-bomb style fire bombs across a map... but with the Akimbo power-up, you would witness fire power so awesome that your frame-rate would grind to a near stand-still in witness to the awesome display.
There's 3 weapons that are all fairly equal as the "best" over-the-top ridiculously awesome weapons. These are, in no particular order:

1) The Black Hole Cannon from Mass Effect 2. I mean really, it shoots black holes. There's not a whole lot more awesome than that.

2) The Topsy-Turvy Bomb from Armed and Dangerous. This thing is nothing more than a giant corkscrew you plant in the ground and the world turns upside down, sending all your enemies falling into the sky. Check @2:50 in the following video to see it in action.

3) The Landshark Gun also from Armed and Dangerous. It's a gun that shoots a shark that swims through the ground and it launches out of the ground and eats enemies whole. Once more, see below to see it in action.

I always turned god mode on and stormed into the Capitol Building. Shot anything that moved. Great fun!
I shot a Super Behemoth at (virtual) point blank range. It was hilarious because all that remained when the dust cleared was ~7% of my health and the two feet of the behemoth. I never did find the body.

The level 10 RYNO V from Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time. Seriously, it launches missiles like a machine gun, fires 2 large rockets every 6 seconds, has a ammo capacity of 3000 rounds at level 10, AND plays the 1812 Overture. Take a look:

Daemon Prince in Dawn of War.
By the time you're even able to use it, the campaign is pretty much done. Although it is quite amusing to watch the last remaining pockets of resistance fall to a single unit.

Chicago Typewriter in Resident Evil 4
Machine gun with a bottomless magazine which kills most enemies in less than a second? Yes, please.

...Hmmmm I'd probably say the Meteor gun from Destroy all humans especially upgraded to drop more than one.
Orrrrr The fully upgraded Harbinger from Ratchet and Clank: Deadlocked. Because it shoots orbital strikes. That change color. How badass is that?
