I really like: "Everything We Had" by The Academy Is... "The Diary" and "My Black Dahlia" by Hollywood Undead. Idk why but when I'm already feeling down i listen to a sad song. Not sure if it helps or just brings me lower ha.

It is a fantastic song and it gives me a very bitter sweet feeling whenever I hear it.

this song always brings me to tears because me and my dad use to play this together on guitar. He passed away last year and when we got in the car to leave the hospital I had a breakown because this was on the radio wheni started the car.
"Hurt" covered by Johnny Cash, he's got a really weathered voice and the video shows him reflecting on all the things that have happened in his life and it's a really a reminder of your own mortality.
"No Children" by the Mountain Goats, is also a really good sad song in that its so desperately sad that its almost happy.
