he'd make a brilliant room-mate, but my favourite villain would have to be either Mordecai Heller from Lackadaisy (does he count?) or the Joker. neither of them would be fun to live with.

Depends upon who consider to be a villain. One of my favorite I don't consider a villain, but some might. Lets just say he wouldn't be that bad to have as a roommate, if a bit arrogant. I'd always be able to count on him to help out though.
