OT: I really like the villains from The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. They're so evil and twisted that their just desserts are all the more satisfying to read.

Growing up with Batman: The animated series and Justice League, the Joker has always been my favorite. I also really like Hush, Black Mask, and finally Bane because he broke Batman's spine...over his knee.

Mitth'raw'nuruodo from the Thrawn Trilogy and the Hand of Thrawn series books based on the Star Wars universe is awesome as well. Although i guess it is debatable on whether or not he is a true villain.
