When the title screen loads up and while you make your character, this super-suspenseful music plays and you just know its going to be an awesome game. It's a remix of Massive Attack's hit 'Angel'.

When I played the game, I thought it was some unknown Marilyn Manson release, but how wrong I was. Song is called 'Lecher *****' by Genitorturers.

Edit: The selection of licensed songs in the Saints Row 2 soundtrack was incredibly good as well (as was GTA4, but SR2 had more variety and I think a larger overall selection), but technically not original VG music. Although the radio personalities and fake commercials in GTA4 were hilarious and very well done.

Edit2: I completely forgot about Castle Crashers. An amazing soundtrack all the way through:
