The City, from Thief, City 17 from Half-life, and the Imperial City from Oblivion. Oddly enough all with the word "city" in them.

Oh, and Rapture. I would love to live there if it wasn't a psychopath-infested hell.

Well, not as much a city as a country, but Mulgore in WoW was made absolutely fantastically well. I'd so live there.
I completley fort about my days of wow. Theres some pretty cool cities in that game. my favorite enviorment has to be that jungle place, forget the name but it's like a level 40 area. I also thought most of the capital cities were cool.

I'm not sure what it's called, but whereever Phoenix Wright is set. There's never a dull moment, although chances are if you live there you'll die eventually - unless, of course, you're a main character.
I think in Japan it takes place in either Tokyo, or Osaka, and the American version probably takes place in LA.

I have to say it would be the Castle in The Legends of Zelda: OoT. Be it the court yard, the market or the boring temple of time, I loved that place. Even if they get tracked with zombies after seven years time. Which brings me to my second favorite city!

Tenpenny Towers post-ghoul-invasion.

By definition, this is not a city, but in the game is treated as one. It's just such a kick being greeted by drooling ghouls with perfect manners.

Sigil from Planescape, best city ever!
"Welcome to Sigil, the 'City of Doors,' a place with the gates that lead anywhere in existance, provided you ahve the right key. It is a neutral ground and a watering hole for races across the multiverse, all under the watchful sshadow of the Lady of Pain, the enigmatic ruler of the city. It is a place where the word is mightier than the sword, where thought defines reality, where belief has power to reshape worlds and change the laws of physics."

Imperial City from Oblivion, City 17 from Half-Life 2, Ravenholm from Half-Life 2...You know, not much jumps to mind at the moment. I'll likely be back to this topic to mention more things.
