The Turret Level in Portal(The Live fire course for military androids),
The Haunted Island Mission in Just Cause 2 (With that giant zappy thing that shot down planes),
and the finale of The Parish in Left 4 Dead 2. (Where you rush across a bridge to the helicopter)
One of the final levels of Katamari Forever has you roll up the King of All Cosmos. Playing that level in Eternal mode is the ultimate way to relax for me. From 1 meter to 2.000.000 kilometers at your leisure.
That level in Modern Warfare 2 where you had to avoid dogpatrols in the snow. It was cool, and more than temperature-wise. I liked the stealth part, whilst you could even take everyone out.
Wow, that's a phenomenally hard question. Ummm...several come to mind. Shy Guy's Toy Box, and the following Volcano Island in Paper Mario. The Alice in Wonderland world of the first Kingdom Hearts. Pandora's Temple in God of War 1. Most anything in Earthbound or Mother 3.
i loved "we don't go to ravenhome any more" when i was younger it left me with so much tension trying to save ammo from all my guns for the fast zombies and then having to crowbar the slow ones cause i ran out......... i also like some of the underground labs in s.t.a.l.k.e.r if you want to count them as levels...their soooo scary
EDIT: DAMN NINJA'd
I loved the part in Alan Wake on the Anderson's farm when "Children of the Elder Gods" starts playing while you and Barry hold out on the stage while the Taken attack you in waves. The fireworks at the end are amazing.
That was the most amazing moment in recent memory.
