Les Miserables. I was in the nosebleeds, it was my first musical, and it was the greatest thing I have ever seen in my life. I highly recommend this play.
Also worth noteing:
Sweenytodd
Wicked
The Producers
Bye Bye Birde

Avenue Q. Because everyone's a little bit racist, sometimes.
I'm planning on taking a trip to NYC to see that. How was it?

A question for all you theatrical people on The Escapist;

What is your favourite play, which you've seen or read?

For me, it would be Lion King which I went to go see in London last year. It was amazing, and I'm going again for my birthday to see Wicked.

I thought I'd ask, as I'm performing Snow White tomorrow, and just wanted to know if anyone on here shares my love of the stage.
Equus
Sweeney Todd
and the play that I was in last year Huff Puff: a Fable.

Les Miserables. Best I've ever seen.
Agreed. Phantom is awesome, too. And Spamalot made me cry, but in that happy kinda good way!
Yeah, Phantom was pretty good. I missed spamalot *cries* unfortunately. Heard it was great, so hopefully it'll come back to oz one day.

Dogville.

Titus was good, though it wasn't my favorite. I had to stop watching in the middle of it because of how hard core it was...

I saw Othello Thursday night, with Lenny Henry playing the lead.

It was depressing seeing him sad!

Othello - Shakespeare is beautiful literature, and Iago is one of the best characters I've ever read. =)

My favourite play would probably be The Importance of Being Earnest, which is always amusing.

My favourite theatrical performance would definitely be We Will Rock You. We got severely discounted tickets to that when it was in Brisbane and we saw it 4 times. Queen rocks.
