I like the simple 'Leader'. I think it has more of a compassionate authority to it, where you'll give orders as necessary but your followers are not expendable.

i'm quite partial to the nice simple chorus of "woah." when people see you and can find no other words, that is a good feeling... or so i've heard. i really hate sir though. maybe Mr. is more my style.
