Though i am not religious in the slightest, Reverand is pretty cool depending on your surname:
MC hammer is now a reveand apparently.. can just imagine that gospel church with the Reverand Hammer at the front.

If i had to have one, Proffessor would be nice. Or perhaps inquisitor

Subcommondante.

Or the Rt. Hon. Professor General Sir Stinky Poobags, BA.

Also Squadron Leader (RAF equivalent to Major/LtCdr).

"Executor" has a nice ring to it.
EDIT: I just found out that the female form for executor is "executrix", which is just even more awesome, though I'm male. It sounds a bit much like dominatrix, though.

"Master" works, too.

Agent. One of the few titles that will make everyone who hears it have a little "Oh crap" moment.

Either that or "Master".

EDIT: Oh, I forgot one! "Doctor of Music (D Mus.)". It makes me think of a scientist with an afro dancing to disco...

I always liked Master but not like in anime where it is pretty stupid. I mean when you really are master of some skill so there is no one or just few people who are better then you.

General sounds good. It sounds like I've got military experience.

Doctor cause I hope to become one (not a medical one just a guy who slaved away in a windowless room for 4 years)

I also quite like Lieutenant Colonel, just for the way it roles of the tongue and I like the character of Roy Mustang in FMA
