Roy Batty - Blade Runner (Rutger Hauers character)
How exactly is he a villain? You could argue just as well that Deckard was the villain, and the film's ambiguity is its brilliance. And his final speech was one of the most moving moments in any film I've seen.

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those... moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die."

Anyway, villains. The Dormin from Shadow of the Colossus, and then, of course, Jon Irenicus.

A fair point. I've just always felt he was more of the villain. No arguements about his final words though. I believe my post just got pwned.

Philip Clyde from Army of Two, yes he got on my nerves by being constantly arrogant and giving you abuse but he was kinda cool being a merc and all. The McReary brothers from GTAIV, they may be working alongside Niko Bellic but look at Niko, he's a murderer and a thief among other things, he aint exactly good.

I love Domino from Grim Fandango. The slippery bastard is always one step ahead of you throughout the whole game until you finally get to grind him down. Most satisfying moment in the game, that.

I know there a group of villains, but the Reavers from Firefly/Serenity. The way all of the cast reacted to the thought of them sends shivers up my spine every time.

The Brotherhood of Dada and the Men from N.O.W.W.H.E.R.E Doom patrol.

One of their members of the brotherhood has every superpower you never thought of but loses it once you think of it. Did any of the villains use a painting to eat Paris? Did any other villains send their victims to the Tearoom of the Despair?

The assasin from No Country for Old Men, possibly the creepist face ever and he had a fairly cool shotgun with surpressor. He also had no real redeming quality except that he gave people a fifty-fifty chance of survival (flip of a coin - and he did it befor two-face made it cool)
Two-face in the dark knight was also fairly awesome
