I'm pretty sure it was Modern Warfare 2, although that's only the first one I remember getting recently, and it certainly wasn't the first 18 I played.

Dungeon Keeper. I love that game. And I love my mother for encouraging me to play it when I was probably somewhere around the region of five years old XD
The first GTA when I was 5 years old. Good times. I remember waking up early in the morning, playing the game while nobody was awake, my fingers ready to press Alt+F4 at the sound of footsteps. I was a sneaky child...
Resident Evil 4, probably; however, M-rated games are 17+, guys. No big deal, but probably worth mentioning. I don't think I've ever played an AO game; do they even still make them?
My first "M" rated game (+17) was Doom II (remember: I'm going by when the ESRB started rating games, which is why I didn't include Doom 1; it didn't initially have a rating).
