Your First Comic Book

I make comics, though I haven't made one since last year. I have never ever read any Comics from any of the 4 major comic company. The only things that would be considered Comics are The Captain Underpants and Bone Series.

I'm not too sure, but it would have been one of the following: Astrix & Obelix, Calvin & Hobbes, Garfield, Archie, or Tintin. After that it would have been: Sonic the Hedgehog, Batman, Wolverine, Robin, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, and etc...

mine was a DC/2000ad crossover where judge death goes back in time to gotham and batman and judge dread have to catch him. it was so cool.

Maybe it's the same as my first comic, namely Storm, a crazy-ass sci-fi fantasy mash-up who's drawings do resemble Conan a bit:

This ain't the cover of that comic, but it's a scene I recall. Apparently my dad had collected them when he was a kid, but he threw away most of them. Goddamn that man! That single comic pretty much sealed my fate as a nerd.

One of the first Age of Apocalypse comics. I didn't get it at the time, but I thought it was awesome.

...I'd like to think I've grown a little since then, but Magneto is still one of my favorite comic book characters, ever. So I'm probably wrong.

It was a Sonic The Hedgehog comic. I think it was Sonic vs Knuckles collecting rings or something. I dont remember it well enough, but I remember Sonic, Knuckles, and either one or both going into super forms.

I think it may have been a tie in to the Spider-Man TV show of the early to mid nineties. It had the Vulture in it as the villain!

My first was the Omega, in the Alpha- Omega/ clone saga story line for Spiderman. It was not a very good first comic. For people, who don't know about the clone saga, it's the second worst handled story in the Spiderman universe. This was the "last" issue that was supposed to conclude a bunch of story lines and kill off the last of the clones, and it did nothing of the sort and left me scratching my head.
