Mine was FIFA 07. It showed me how much I hated sports games.
EDIT: Wait, sorry. That was my first console game. My first game was Rise of Nations.

The first game I played was Sonic the Hedgehog at my cousin's house. I'm not sure which one it was, but I think it was on the SNES.
ROFL!

I can also remember the first game I played on each system:

Arcade-Space Invaders, C16-BMX Racers, C64-Batman, Amiga-Outrun Europa, Amstrad-Oh Mummy!, ZX-Deathchase, MasterSystem-Pro Wrestling, Acorn-Zarch, MD-Sonic 1, MCD-Thunderhawk, 32X-Chaotix, GB-Mario Land 2, Snes-SFII, Saturn-VF2, N64-ISS64, PC-Mechwarrior 2, PSX-Medal of Honor, DC-MSR, Xbox-PGR, PS2-GTA3, GC-Super Monkey Ball, Wii-Sports, PS3-GTA4, 360-Halo3.

Hard to say...Sonic 2 is probably the first proper game I sat down and played. Age of Empires was my first PC Game, and the first game I played with dedication. Original Diablo was probably the first PC game that made me become a Gamer instead of someone who occasionally played video games. Or maybe it was Half Life? Hard to tell.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the SNES, back in the days when I could be satisfied with pitting one little green pixel against a black one.

I believe mine was either Duck Hunt or Super Mario Bros. It's hard for me to remember since they were both on the same cartridge.

This was in '95 by the way. I was three years old.

I have absolutely no idea.

Probably something like a Lode Runner clone for Mac.

Super Mario Brothers or something similar is a likely candidate too.

The first console I owned was an SNES though. I remember that much.

Cruisin' World. Also, Superman 64 was the first game I ever rented from a video store.

The first game I beat (I couldn't beat Mortal Kombat when I was three years old) was Super Mario 64. That game was incredible.

I was born in 1980, and was also 2 years old when I first started playing games on the C64. Which, now that I know the C64 came out in 1982, my Dad apparently jumped right on the chance to get one.

Also, the C64 was finally discontinued in 1994. Just a neat piece of trivia.
Wow, talk about time gaps :D Though the main reason we were 10 years apart is because I live in Slovenia (a former part of Yugoslavia) and stuff took years before it reached this place. Take for example the NES, the rest of the world played it since 1985, while we got it in the 90s. The C64 was a particularly rare console around here. I don't know many who owned one, yet alone seen one around here. I presume the one I owned was once owned by someone who bought in Germany or something and sold it here after he got bored. I doubt C64s were even sold in stores around here.
