Your First Game

As the title states, we are here to discuss your first game. This game could be your first video game ever, or the one that got you into the gaming world.

My first ever is a most humorous encounter. I was a child of three and I was visiting my uncle. He said he had a surprise for me. We went to the computer, turned on a game, and he typed in some cheats for me. God mode and unlimited ammo. Now you might be wondering what my game was.

My first ever gaming experience was with the original Doom.

Well it is complicated. My mother is a none advancing gamer, meaning she is only into the games she played when she grew up i.e donkey kong and mario which means the strictly stays to nintendo products like the nintendo ds still playing good old mario and donkey kong and card games. So i am saying my first game was one of those. But the first game to actually get me into the gaming world with an addiction like no other was FF8 through and through, i rarely went back to nintendo ever since.

The first game I played might have been Star wars episode 1 racer. That is still one of my favorite games.

Duck Hunt for the NES
Road Rash for the N64
or
Mario Kart 64 for the N64

It's bound to be one of those.

Sonic The Hedgehog on the Mega drive ahh good times still buy the emulated versions to newer consoles just to relive those glorious ring hunting days.

I started when I was about 2 and a half with Super Mario Land or Tetris for the original Game Boy - those were the days.

My first game I played....think it was Leisure Suit Larry of something like that on my 8086 desktop. NES and Duck Hunt were my first console games. But I really liked playing Bandit Kings of Ancient China on the NES. I wish I still had it...I bet I would still play it for hours now. Off to EBAY now to see if I can find the game and NES system.

Resident evil and Tomb raider. I was a little old to start gaming but i got hooked.

The first game ever I would have to be this PC game about the Cookie Monster on the PC. Yea I know lame but I think i was about 4 at the time. The first console game would have to be either Super Mario World or Paperboy for the SNES.

LoZ: One of them. I played it when I was at the hospital when I was younger, and I was like "DAMN" and then I played OoT. Then I got a gamecube. 6 years later, I'm here.

The first game I played was Sonic the Hedgehog on my Sega Genesis. At least the series was fun back then.

Probably...Super Mario World 3, or Kirby's Dreamland (I;m not sure if they're NES or SNES)

The first game I ever actually beat was Ocarina of Time for the N64 - hearts all around =)

Goldeneye 007 for the N64. I was probably 6 at the time and it was a wonderful game to come in on.
