Holy shit.
My first job. I managed to automatically rename all the fucking folders on the root of the server's main drive, including the hidden ones, with a program I was testting, efficiently shutting down all production for two hours.
The phone rang on my desk, and sure thing, it was my boss. I was definitely screaming loudly "NNOOOoOOooOOOooooooo!" in my head.

Dunno about the first but I had one a couple days ago: I made this epic linerider track with 2 riders, then tried to neaten it up a little, but it wouldn't run properly after I'd replaced a few of the lines with neater ones. And I hadn't saved for ages.

When I realized that the entire reason I'm spending 4 years of my life at college is just to prove my worth to actually live my life once I'm done.

I sympathized with the bad guys simply because I really disliked the fact that the movie was outright lecturing me so my general dislike towards it combined with the absolute awesomeness of both Ribisi's and Lang's acting made me root for the evil greedy Earth corporation.

If Cameron cares to put-in those paper-thin analogies and messages in his ACTION movie, he might also put some semblance of common sense there. Bows and arrows can't beat futuristic military, can they?
I can't remember my first but mymost recent was while playing Halo 3 multiplayer ctf on Vallhalla. I was playing on the red team, I rode on a mongoose dodging enemys all the way over to the blue base, jumped off grabbed the flag rode all the way back to red base, and was killed by a sticky grenade about five feet from our flag. The blue team of course reclaimed their flag and ended up winning the game T_T
When I was playing dragon age origins on my second play through and I was in the last boss fight of the Sloth Demons little zone of shit gameplay and my game froze forcing my to play the entire sloth demon bullshit again again.
EDIT: Most recent no moment: My PS3 straight up quit working and I don't have enough money to buy a new one right before both God of War 3 and Final Fantasy 13 are coming out, both of which I paid off a year ago.
