The first Two Worlds is a pretty fun, enjoyable game. That's a fairly rare opinion, to my knowledge.
I share that opinion friend.

Guilty pleasure for me though?
Errm, I suppose Digimon 4.
The game is unbalanced as all shit but I enjoy it from time to time regardless.

I really got into ff12, the plot and storysucked but the world and the quests were decent. Also I think Mass Effect is grossly overrated, No i'm not talking about the ending Im talking about the series as a whole.

FF12 was a lot of fun once you really spent time with it and got into it's skin.

The story was indeed dull, but it was made up for with the massive game world and TONS to do.

Let's see, unpopular opinions here we go.

My favorite Final Fantasy game is FF8 (I'm gonna blame the nostalgia goggles here)

My favorite Zelda game is Majora's Mask (I'm not gonna blame anything here. I legitimately think this is an amazing game)

One last thing I can think of at the moment, I tend to get bored of FPSs and JRPGs easily.

Well, can't think of much, really. Only two.

First; the Fallout series only got really good from Fallout 3 and onward. It was by no means a bad series, but certainly not the Ark of the Covenant...

Second; being the MMO world's McDonald's (easy and forgiving for everyone), you -can- very much play WoW and have a life. It's not nearly as big a threat to human life as we know it as many, many other games flanking it.

As for guilty pleasures; certainly Fallout 3 & New Vegas, along with ArmA series, although I'm hardly alone.

Guilty pleasures: Too Human, WET, The Saboteur
Unpopular opinions: GTA: San Andreas sucked. Resident Evil 5 was pretty good, despite the idiot sidekick. I liked Dragon Age 2.
REALLY unpopular opinions: Shadow of the Colossus is the most overrated game in the history of the PS2. Yes, I know. I dared disagree with Yahtzee Almighty.
I don't hate the ending of Mass Effect 3, but I am confused by it. How did the Normandy's crew, including Garrus and Javik, get back to the ship from London?
Activision needs to put more emphasis on Call of Duty's singleplayer.

Unpopular opinions? I have a lot of those.
I hate the Uncharted series.
I think the Zelda series is over hyped.
Almost everything Nintendo has put out sucks.
I didn't like Skyrim that much.
I thought Shadow the Hedgehog wasn't that bad.

Half Life is a terrible series and it's pretty over rated. I can't stand how people think it's that great or revolutionary. Same applies to Portal and Diablo.

My guilty pleasure? It shall be a list of my top five favorite final fantasy games in no particular order. actually four, because I only feel strongly about that few. Final fantasies IX and X definitely. Also XII and um... X-2.

My unpopular opinion? Most flash games like the ones you'd find on newgrounds, kongregate or armor games are not good games. They're basically showcasers for only one mechanic stretched way too long, which is surprising because of how short they tend to be. This doesn't affect all flash (and in extension small games like angry birds) because they at least seem to be presented well. but I find the rule is that most of the working games are one mechanic with poor context and boring presentation.

I like the wii.
I don't understand why people complain about the motion controls, I never had any trouble with them after an hour or so into the game.
Also I think the later Zelda games are the best ones Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword freakin' kick ass!
That's nothing.

I like the 3DO, yes...that 3DO *points to avatar*.

I think if it didn't cost as much as it did way back then, it would of stood somewhat of a chance against Sega and Nintendo's consoles. As the library is host to a surprisingly solid library of games (especially if you love space shooters). Admittedly there's a lot of utter shite on the system (like most system's), the sleazy FMV porn games spring to mind, and a few other terrible FMV games like Plumbers Don't Wear Ties (which sadly are the games that are mostly associated with the system). However, I believe the good thing's outweigh the bad with the system, and it's a shame that no one gave this console the chance it deserved. It was quite ahead of it's time as well, a lot like the Dreamcast really.

Plus, it's region free, and it takes CD-R's, for backups, and other...things.

It's a Shame that you need to buy a disk for the FZ-1 (the first front loader model) to manage your save data though.

I have one I am amazed the first Mass Effect got a sequel. The game play was poor, the story was predictable, I only liked half of the companions and only one of them I found to be as good as people made some of them out to be. That being said the second one was much better the story consisted of more then get 4 keys to unlock the ending, the companions where MUCH better, and the combat worked. The third one faulted a bit in the story, kai leng was a terrible character, and it was mostly get 4 keys to win but it didn't build up like that. But I do feel it was the strongest in the series. Companion wise in the third one if I compared the third one to the first one both the new guys would be better then anyone form the first one.

I will say it was a good setting and it set up for two games that I did like a lot. But it wasn't' that good in and of itself.
I agree in that it was terribly unpolished,

as for Kei leng..I think most of the problem was this guy was aprerntly from the books, which would have been fine but for those of us who havnt read them he jsut comes out of nowhere and does nothing excpet "be a bad guy" and you know he's suposed to be important (due to his custom charachter model) but he's just there

My unpopular opinion is that Half Life 2 is overhyped waaaaaaay too much. It's a better than average game with a crappy protagonist. And don't even get me started on the "but Freeman is actually just a vessel for the player, so he CAN'T be a bad character because the player is the protagonist!" crap.

Guilty pleasure... I play the Gundam Dynasty Warrior games every so often. And I did get the newest Call of Duty, even though I swore I wouldn't... But I did use gift cards, and no real money, so I don't feel like a complete tool.

Lessee- I like Resident Evil games and follow the story somewhat closely. I like trying to figure out what silly plot device will show up next.

Dead Island was/is extremely entertaining. Exponential fun increase with friends.

I thought DA:2 was quite alright. Liked it more than DA:O.

I didn't hate FF13, but did find 13-2 excellent.

Bulletstorm is a great game. Whole lot of fun. Its silly (and often immature) humor was the best part.

Edit: Alone in the Dark(360) while it did have problems, I loved it. Might pick Inferno up and give it a go.

Opinion: ME3 didn't upset me in the slightest. Found it all around solid. Ending was alright. I wasn't expecting some mind-blowing ending in the first place. I finished the game satisfied.

Captcha: toodle-oo Fair enough I guess.
