Maybe Law & Order: SVU?

Not really embarrassing considering so many people watch it though they typically are 60-80 year old couples.

Samurai Pizza Cats. I was 13. I had no idea why I liked it, and I was clearly too old for it, but something about it was unusually fascinating. I never realized at the time it was officially my very first anime (not Dragonball Z, like I originally thought).

Possibly Pokemon... I'm 26 and still watch it. But then again, I'm also involved with this: http://www.amitysquare.co.uk so it kind of explains it a little, right?

The Big Bang Theory is a recent guilty pleasure. It's far too close to my real experiences with friends at Uni and so forth, and some of the time I feel slightly shameful to get the geek references over the pop culture ones, but it's good fun.

Oh, and there's Densha Otoko...
Geeky guy saves stunning female from groper on train, and ends up trying to get together with her via the help of 2chan. It's charming and supposedly true story.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
I don't watch it every time, but when I have caught it on TV, I loved it... usually.
Everything else I watch I'm not embarrassed about.
This. Do you dance along with her?

Australia's funniest home videos. Sometimes it helps to relax by watching some poor bastard take it in the groin.
This, but mostly because my mother watches it religiously and I end up being to lazy and apathetic on a Saturday evening to do anything else but watch it with her.

Also: I watched Merlin semi-regularly for a little while. What?! The guy who plays Merlin is kinda cute...

Glee, I watch it for one thing Sue Silvester's one liners! That and anything the wife is watching! I use her as an excuse to watch some of the most godawful pap in history!
Are you monitoring my thoughts? I love that show and totally use my wife as an excuse. They do pick some amazing music (in my own defense).

I also love Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares; I just love listening to that guy swear at people.

I used to watch America's Next Top Model (until Tyra's ego put me off), and I still watch Project Runway.
I don't choose to, but if it's on I'll watch The Secret Life of an American Teenager (even though I know it's terrible.)
My girlfriend watches Ghost Whisperer and The Hills (also terrible, but I'll sometimes watch with her).
And I watch Pokemon, Kim Possible, Spongebob Squarepants and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends - all by choice.
I also watch the Amazing Race. Which I didn't think was that bad but turns out a lot of people think it's shit.
In the past I have watched long periods of Home and Away and Neighbours.
Oh... and I just finished watching Season 1 of Jersey Shore. And Season 2 and 3 of the Bad Girls Club... That's all I can think for now but I'm sure there's more.

I don't watch it that often but Sex & The City isn't that bad. At least it has some funny moments, interesting characters, and not totally retarded plot lines like a lot of shows that aped it later on.

Jeremy Kyle. I despise everything about it, the "Guests", the presenter, the studio. I hate myself for watching it.

But damn it's addictive. Oh Claire, why did you sleep with your Boyfriend's best mate while your Boy was in prison?

This. It's kind of cool tho, in a "if twilight vampires weren't gay I would love the movies" kind of way. And Ian Somerhalder is badass.

I watch Glee as well, but I'm not embarrassed about that one, Sue Silvester could kick Chuck Norris' ass!

Probabaly, Britain's Got Talent or Come Dine With Me, because it's just funny. :p
Love me some Britains Got Talent :D
Haha, I only watch the auditions. So funny. *shifty eyes* >_>

I love Come Dine with me (the narrator is hilarious!) but it's silly. They have a budget of £1500 and win £1000 T_T;;
I like Pineapple Dance studios >_> it's so bad, it's good. Probably the fact that I've been there before too.

I watch Ben 10. People judge.
I used to watch that every so often, and I'm 18 :p
then Ben '10' turned into Ben 'Angsty 17-Year-Old'; (known to the rest of the world as Alien Force) i guess it must be a seperate season. Still, it was weird...

I used to be obsessed with Digimon as well. Recently tried having a marathon on YouTube; got to episode 65 and then the dude uploading them got blocked and banned D:

I'm completely unembarrassed about pretty much all of my choice in entertainment. I guess what I should be embarrassed about is liking Cardcaptors. Yes, Cardcaptors. And not even the original. The terrible, terrible dub. It was on in the afternoons when I was in school. I was obsessed with that show when I was younger. I used to tape it. And I still love it now, despite the fact that it is quite obviously one of the most atrociously badly written and acted things I have ever come across. So there you go. I am unrepentantly devoted to Cardcaptors.
Well yes, the dub (helpfully with a name change) is very bad, but Cardcaptor Sakura (the original) is damn awesome.

Hmm well I love all of the Star Treks, haven't seen Enterprise though.

Embarrassing wise? if a GOOD Power rangers series started soon i would hop on board immediately, frat house roommate be damned. I also LOVE the original Yu-gi-oh series, and Duel academy is alright, although I haven't watched the third yet. Hmm I am sure I will think of others as time passes on.

Oh, and the Grey's Anatomy episodes that I watch once in a while with my family aren't to bad, if painfully predictable. I tell my family what is going to happen, and then they get all pissed at me when it does :)

I watched Power Rangers all the time, right up until it stopped being a self-parody. Then it just got bad.

In more recent years, I haven't watched TV at all.

...So that's it, really.
