Temple Grandin. For those uninformed, she was diagonsed with High-Functioning Autism, and with that she was able to help make the modern American meat industry more human. And from what I have heard, she has alot of the same things as me (as I have Aspergers, which is similar). We both think in pictures, and can see pictures in our mind (although, I cant memorize a whole book page just by looking at it like she can) and we both have hyper-sensitive hearing (bells, horns, and other loud noises sound like "dentist drills in my ear". She is also an advocate of early intervention in autism, but is against trying to find a cure, since she beliefs it isnt an illness but just a differnt way the brain is wired.
Favorite quotes:
"People are always looking for the single magic bullet that will totally change everything. There is no single magic bullet."

"In an ideal world the scientist should find a method to prevent the most severe forms of autism but allow the milder forms to survive..."
John D. Rockefeller. My idea of the Ideal businessman, the one every CEO should try to be. And I just know I am going to get flak for having him on here, even though he gave away millions (modern=Billions) in building universitys, schools, libraries, etc.
