Trick Drawers.
each drawer lost about 1/2 an inch in height at the bottom.
easy to do:
line the bottom of each drawer with little 1/2x1/2 inch pieces of wood with another 1/2x1/2 inch strip in the middle.
Then cut some cork boards to perfectly fit in the drawer and lay on the wood lining. No one ever suspects it.

My mom got a bunch of encyclopedia from a bank when she first opened an account with them (Very strange marketing campaign they had in the early 70's) One of them is in fact hollow but looks identical to the others till you open it. I used to keep my pocket change in there, now I keep stuff like passports and wallets.

All I use is Firefox's private browsing feature; and really, that's unncecessary, except to save time if I ever lend this computer to someone. I don't really have anything I need to hide.

Unfortunately I don't have one, and it's a real pain. Particularly when my mum goes through my underwear draw, finds my raincoats, and counts how many there are! What the hell Mum?!

So if anybody has a good hiding place they'd like to share, I'm in dire need.

What do you mean counts your raincoats? Am I missing something here?

Also, you can use my lab, though bear in mind I've programmed my robots to eat human flesh.

'Raincoats' is a euphemism for condoms.

I have a large bookshelf that I keep all my normal books in but if you move a latch and lift up the base of it, you'll find a hollowed out spot where I put my loli hentai comics

OT: I just hide mine under my set of drawers, because the it's hollow underneath.

I just hide things in plain site, works the best.

I usually hide my private materials, in a tin box full of Yu-Gi-Oh cards. The cards cover, the thing I'm hiding, plus you need a key, to get into the box which I keep well hidden as well.

Nothing to hide here! Except for a little bit of porn (4 vids) that I used to keep in a data folder for some obscure game on my Mac.

The only things I have that I wouldn't want anyone else to see are my hordes of litter. Yes, whenever I have a chocolate bar or anything and I don't want my parents finding out, I hide the wrappers in one of my drawers in my bedroom, then empty them into a bin when I take the dog for a walk.

I only hide them anyway because I eat a lot of junk, amazingly I never gain any weight, but if my parents knew then they'd probably complain (I was told to cut down on my sugar recently by my dentist which is why I'm using sweetener instead of sugar a lot more... ).

Even things like condoms, I'm not embarrassed about. I just keep those with my other toiletries, like my deoderant or shaving stuff, and no-one bats an eyelid...
