What is a third of 10? It just goes on like 3.33333333333333....forever.
You answered your own question.

You can also write it as "3 and a 1/3".
Or you could write it in base 3, where it would be written as 10.1. (and the original "10" would be written as 101)

I have a logic question for you folks.

A teacher ... well teaches how to be a lawyer to a student 100% free of charge. The teacher says though "This will only be free if you don't win your first case."

The student agrees and is like lawl, i just won't take any cases.

So after a while the teacher is like wtf mate and sues the student.

Before the first court date the teacher and the student meet each other and get in a discussion. The student says to the teacher "If i win, by law i don't have to pay cause i won the court battle. And if i lose i don't have to pay because i lost my first case!"

The teacher responds with "If I win then you have to pay me, because the court says so. But if i lose then you have to uphold your agreement because you won your first case."

Now... who is right?
They're both half right and half wrong.
At the end of the court case the judge's decision overwrites the original agreement. So, whatever the judge says, goes.

What would happen if an unstoppable force met an indestructible wall?

Its actually unstoppable force and immovable object but whatever.

This is solved like this.

For an object to move or resist movement it requires energy. All mass in the entire universe can be expressed as energy through Einstein's E=mc^2. So if you convert all mass to energy the only way for an object to be truly described as immovable it must contain all the energy/mass in the entire universe. If there is even a fraction left then given enough time this will result in movement however tiny. So if this immovable object contains all of the energy in the whole universe, then it is both the immovable object AND the unstoppable force. If this is not the case then the 2 forces must exist on different planes of existence, in either of these cases, the two objects will never be able too meet.

I bow down before your superior intelligence good sir.

How do you explain the taste, smell, or texture of something to someone who has never tasted, smelled, or felt said object short of making them eat, smell, feel said object?

A better math one would be "define pie"

The lowest positive real value of x such that cos(x) = 1.
Where cos(z) is defined to be sum(n=0 to infinity) (-1)[sup]n[/sup]z[sup]2n[/sup]/(2n)!

Infinite + Infinite = ???
Infinity + Infinity = infinity (not 2 * infinity as that statement is nonsense in terms of mathematics).
Infinity - Infinity = undefined (the process results in an infinite number of answers)
Infinity * Infinity = infinity (Again, infinity^2 is mathematical nonsense)
Infinity / Infinity = undefined (the process results in an infinite number of correct answers)
