The Library from Halo, or any similar Flood levels in 2 and 3 (The Library and Cortana), and the first 3 Days of Majora's Mask. Seriously, I love the shit out of that game, and it's a good introduction for the uninitiated, but I finish everything on Day 1 and then have to just dick around for a long time. Sometimes I consider copying my file after beating the first three days just so I won't have to the next time I play through.

The Circle Tower and Fade portions in Dragon Age.
Dear God this. Nothing but an irritating slog that I'd usually try and get through first so it was out of the way and I could go and find me a paragon in peace.
OT: In Skyrim any of the missions that involved Dwarven ruins often just felt like a slow slog. But that's just me.
Both of these. I mean Jesus fuck. I remember reading once that if you didn't look everywhere in the Fade there was some pretty good loot you couldn't get otherwise. I don't know if that's true or not because after about twenty-thirty minutes I said fuck it and went through as quickly as possible.
As for the Dwemer ruins, and in fact the homogeneity of all of Skyrim's dungeons, it made the otherwise great game kind of boring. Dwemer ruins in particular, though, were awful for me. I played a Ranged Thief, so none of the heavy armour and swords were of any use to me, therefore making the smeltable Dwemer scraps useless to me (the Dwemer Bow was useful for about a day before I found an Ebony Bow), everything was so heavy I'd need a follower to play mule, but I never found it to be a good idea outside of the Thieves Guild questline to have a partner while sneaking (fuck the Companions), I can't loot my arrows back from the enemies (they usually blow up and scatter it somewhere), and you can't get satisfying sneak kills on the machines.
