I get it 7-8/10 right on that, with the other 2 or 3 not changing due to my actions. Can't win them all, but if I can inspire some by example it's worth it!
And how.If you influence one.S/he might influence another. And then that person might influence two others, and so on and so forth. So you technically influence a group of people with that on influence.

I think my kindist moments were in Mass Effect 2, where I usually go paragon routes.

Tali was crying about her dead dad, and I used a paragon interrupt to give her a hug, d'awwww.

My command center was burning down and I couldn't afford an SCV so I let my ally infest it.

Matchmaking in APB is quite broken, and is slowly being repaired. Not long ago, I was dispatched to stop an enforcer on some ambulance related mission of his, and realised after knocking up a few kills that he was 200 rating below me and had sod all with regards to damage and survivability upgrades.

I gave him the mission, and let him score several arrests. I thought it was bullshit when I was in his shoes; I'm not the sort of lower-class individual who gets there and thinks "my turn to stat pad, yeahah".

Try getting to level 30 with permanent very good Karma on Fallout 3. The Darkside is so tempting...

Im actually very kinds in gaming...until you cross me. In RDR I killed a bounty who I later found out wanted the Most Wanted achievement. So I stayed as bodyguard for a second time and helped him get it.
Playing DOOM II trying to get 100 kills online. I got it, and was going to leave, but the person I was playing with did not have it, so I helped him get it. Now we are friends.

I let people live, for exorbitant fees might I add this is in RPGs where killing people could actually effect what I do.

In an FPS? I saved someone from dying by killing everyone around them...I severely regretted it when they left me to die when I WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THEM!

Halo 3, CTF. My team was 2 flags up because the same guy had driven me across the map, let me pick up the flag, and driven me back to capture it twice. So the third time, when I had the flag next to our capture point, I just dropped it and stood back for him to take and score. The whole game was over in less than 3 minutes, and I didn't even see the enemy team...

I've made a habit of giving my driver at least one capture now.

The only one I can remember was rushing a spawn in MW2 on SnD and finding an AFK kid. I decided not to kill him for some reason.

Being a medic squad leader in Killzone 2. Guys respawn on me and are ssured constant med packs and revivals.
OMG you're my new bestest friend. I freaking love habing a squad leader medic, if you can make it into the enemy end of the map on most maps (especially Phyrrus Rise) you can simply destroy any enemy who gets in your way XD

OT: I saved a random on RDR from being raped by a gang of bears when he had no ammo left. He promptly pulled me off my horse and tried to ride away. I killed him until he quit the free roam session.
Thats what ya get for bein' a dick.

I constantly give my life for others in Left 4 Dead. Getting the coke, holding Chompski, leaving the safe room to save another, and giving away my medkits, adrenaline and my Peelz. So yeah.
Haha, I'm on the same boat. Now that I think of it, I like being the helpful guy in videogames. Just like being the medic in BC2

I'm an RPG medic, I mostly stay back and handle my people's survival. Did this for years as a Monk in Guild Wars and when I played the 14-days WoW trial as Druid I constantly buffed other people I met, despite me being several levels under them. It's the thought that counts.

Being a complete goody goody gum drops throughout my first play-through of Fallout 3.
Consequently, on my second play-through, I was a complete jerk.
I was such a bad-ass I actually killed the essential NPC's.

An enemy soldier didn't realise what team I was on on MGO and woke me up when I was knocked out, then saluted me, making for the easiest headshot in the entire world. I went to shoot him and then felt bad, so I CQC'd him into the wall and ran off.

It was the beginning of a pretty funny rivalry.

Let's see here....I'm not a gaming saint not by a long shot but I do have my moments.

Little Big Planet: Helping out three new players to LBP by guiding them through the levels to get all the items, stickers, and music as well as teaching them how to ace each level. It was quite fun and I had a great time as there were MANY deaths. Some of them my fault... Mwa ha ha ha ha.

Demon's Souls: Using my resurrection spell on newly summoned blue phantoms to make their time a little easier if they request. Guiding new souls through all the realms and being a pseudo merchant providing materials and items free of charge to people who really need them. The poor guys who've died in body form a bunch of times and have pure black tendency and black character tendency. Happens to a lot of the new guys oddly enough.

KZ2: The medic is a thankless class. It really is...

EVE Online: Acting as a vigilante protecting other's resources and build sites. Helping out new players as much as possible for no pay. Using my vast array of weaponized tech to eliminate pirates and thieves.

When it came time for me to leave EvE Online I donated near a billion ISK (in game cash) to the guy who helped train me up and kept me company during all those times grinding missions or mining belts
