Well, the plot immediately is more interesting than the god of war series (I've played the first 3, I'm never going to play 3, deal with it) in Dante's Inferno. The visuals are more engaging and the fights are just gruesome.

I read your whole post. I don't care if you reply. I just want it to burn into the retinas of your eyes that what you said was utterly fallacious. Have you even looked at the graphical feat, the intense and almost sickening gore, and smooth flowing combat of God of War III? If your brain is working at even half the normal capacity of a regular human being, you'd recognize your mistake.

OT: From what I see, most folks have a favorite genre, but also seem capable of branching out. Good to know. I was honestly expecting to see more single genre entries, like someone with all FPS or RPG's or what have you. Consider my faith in diversity renewed thus far.

Yeah, This here is like a game every 2 months. That is rediculous for me. Ussually it is a game every 5 to 6 months.

So, CoD4 held you over that long, huh? That's pretty cool. But I think I'd explode if I didn't get to play as many new games as I could.

All the ones I listed have been in the past month alone. Maybe that's not such a good thing, as I've blown a ton of cash on games this and last year. But I don't really regret it, as I consider video games to truly be my hobby. And I've seen my uncle and father in law drop thousands a year on model trains and baseball cards, so I'm not that bad.

3. Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke wo ("To Kiss the Flower Petals"). Visual novel involving schoolgirl lesbians.
4. Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2. Fighting game involving martial artist wizards who like to call themselves "ninjas" (note that this is not a complaint).
5. Metroid Prime Trilogy. First-person adventure/shooters involving a bounty hunter in an alien powersuit.

Not sure what that might say about my tastes. Future plans? Maybe...

1. Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3. Same as above, but after the plot timeskip.
2. World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. Expansion to an MMO.
