I took down an Archvillain in City of Heroes, singlehanded. As a Mind Control/Force Fields Controller. While half the friggin' roof was on fire.

Yes, he was technically downgraded to Elite Boss status, but that just meant he didn't quite regenerate faster than my low damage capability could harm him, and he still had the goddamn Purple Triangles of Doom[footnote]A marker showing when Archvillains are all-but-immune to hard and soft controls and debuffs. Like, say, almost the entire arsenal of a Mind/FF Controller.[/footnote].

Admittedly, after I took him down, I immediately got curb-stompted by the giant Malta mech that showed up out of nowhere, but it was still a moment of amazing victory.

A tie between beating the Imperishable Night extra stage boss, and downing a helicopter in STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl with nothing but my assault rifle's attached grenade launcher.

Here's an example, using the boss thereof.

The battle is as sane as it is fair, put it that way.

On Reach.

Invasion on spire, jet pack up top, down through the skyroof, bounce up onto the capture point, walk out the window, jump off.
Drop the core and glide down on my jetpack, grab the core back and leg it to the extraction point. So quick they didn't know what happened.

A good run on Mount And Blade.

Oh look upon me and cower, all ye before me, for you are fated to die by my blade!

One that stands out was one time I was unhorsed, turned around and killed the three guys that took me down in three quick two-hander swings, with the animations lining up perfectly.

Well I wasn't playing the game but, the last moment like that related to gaming was when I watched the versus XIII trailer.

I think my most recent "Oh HELL YEAH!!" moment in gaming is when I beat all of After Burner Climax without any of the EX Options on! It was hard as nails but ultimately very satisfying! :D

I agree with the slicling a building in half in KH2 aswell, that was pretty epic!

Was playing CoD 4 the other day so it'd be shooting a lot of guys in the face with a bolt action without missing.

Or destroying a King Tiger on Company of Heroes without it killing any vehicles, or beating back a massive Banshee charge and counter attacking and destroying the bad dudes base on Dawn of War.

One of mine would have to be finding and piloting a heavy walker for the first time in Red Faction: Guerilla. It was more of a "holy shit, it's a 'mech!" than an "Oh hell yeah!" but it quickly turned into one when I saw how easily that monstrous machine could obliterate everything in its path.

No. 2: Three Skullamonjaros in one day on Reach Beta.

As for a third, I'll just say this: YMIR heavy mech self-destructs from headshot with Nuke Launcher heavy weapon in Mass Effect 2. Two yards away from me.

There was another one I wanted to add from the N64 days, but I forgot. I might post it later if I remember it.

Taking down a helicopter in Bad Company 2 with tank main cannon. I swear, it's the most satisfying thing ever.

Not had one recently, but one that comes to mind is KOTOR 2: beating Darth Sion at the end of the game without him even hitting me once;
*Force Crush*
*Sion gets crushed, falls to the ground*
*Sion starts standing up again*
Repeat

He kept getting up and I kept putting him down. I found it especially amusing because for the first three or so times you get him to low health, he regains his entire healthbar and you have to start the process again.
After he finally died I was practically dancing, going "Oh yeah!!!"

Then of course I went against Kreia, who is effectively immune to all Force powers, so I struggled against her.

Playing Star Battle (custom SC2 map) a few days back. The game started of evenly for a change with both sides having one quitter. But after one of my team went suicidal things went sour fast. Before long I was the last one standing against four opponents. I didn't actually manage to win the game, but by the time I was taken down only one of them remained. In spite of losing the match I felt unstoppable at that moment.

I was doing an Arathi Basin BG in WOW on my hunter. Were getting our asses kicked, but then a guildie of mine and I started a rally at the gold mine, and pushed out, taking 4/5 positions. We wound up winning, and getting the "We had it all along, cough cough" Achievement. I jumped up and said, Hell yeah!

I've just finished Dead Space and whilst the game has it's flaws it also has some wonderful 'Oh hell yeah!' moments. The one that springs to mind is the final battle with a particularly powerful necromorph that you meet several times throughout the game. It doesn't die, you cut all of it's limbs off and it just goes into a huddle and regenerates. The best thing to do is just run. If you can.

There is a point where you are attacked in a docking bay which contains a shuttle. The shuttle has a working engine and you just know that manoeuvring anything into the blast from the engine would be, well, extremely effective.
Killing all the other enemies, getting the super-badass necromorph into the right position, dismembering it, putting it in a stasis field and then rushing back to the controls for the shuttle engine, switching it on and watching the creature die whilst screaming 'Burn, you bastard!' and 'Regenerate from that you mother-fucker!' was pretty damn good. That was definitely an 'Oh hell yeah!' moment once my heart had slowed down a bit and I no longer felt as if I was about to have a coronary. You, feel like you've turned a corner and things just may get a bit better. In this game, though, that feeling occurs several times and, you know what, things never really do get much better......

Now, really looking forward to DS2.

Me and another sniper in TF2 recently killed each other at the exact same moment. It was definitely a "hell yeah!" moment, even IF I died.
