Well, Opeth are a constant fixation. I can't seem to go a week without listening to at least one of their albums. I only recently realised their older album My Arms Your Hearse is just as good as their others.

Also got into Lamb of God recently:

And my friend showed me this great band Ghost Brigade

Opeth is the bees knees, I'm wearing my Ghost Reveries shirt right now!

Right now I'm on a drone kick. I've been on one for about 2 years now.

Ghost Reveries is immense. I recently got the Special Edition 5.1 mix as a late Christmas present. It was bloody hard to find. Just Watershed to get now and my Opeth special edition collection will be complete! I've also got a Blackwater Park shirt, but I've worn the shit out of it and now it seems to have shrunk :(

Another recent discovery:

Latest Burial EP has got me back into what we're apparently supposed to call Garage. I'd always known it as a form of Dubstep, but I suppose I don't have a problem with not associating my music taste with Skrillex. Anyway, here it is:

But here! Have an awesome music video that isn't electronic at all!

I like music.

I don't know why but i've been listening to and playing a lot of 60's surf rock, like stuff by Dick Dale.

Having listened to "Clocks" and "Paradise", I've become a fan of Coldplay lately. I think this has to be one of the few bands are just good musicians...not just a good pop band or other such category.

Anything with a driving drumbeat, preferably at 130 bpm. After my first clubbing experience I can't get that beat out of my head. The relentless pounding. Been listening to a lot of Trance. Not so much PsyTrance, bit too trippy for what I want at the moment.

Also, if you play Call of Duty with a P90, Steady Aim and Pretty loud trance music, it turns into Timesplitters.

I WANT A NEW TIMESPLITTERS GAME AND I WANT IT ON PC. GAMING GODS HERE MY PLEA!

I'd buy two copies aswell. One on Console, one on PC. Because Timesplitters is THE KING of the drunken party shoot 'em ups and you NEED a big TV for that.

Well it is currently Trailer music and it has been there for quite some time. This is the stuff that is designed to stick in your head and make you remember the trailer and it is addictive as hell.

Favorite Groups:
Two Steps From Hell (Also released under the name Thomas Bergersen)
Immediate Music (Some songs redone and released under the name Globus)

I'm currently obsessed with Scatman John, Vienna Teng, and the Silent Hill 2 OST.

I recently re-discovered this. It symbolises what all Dubstep sounds like to me. Cept this one has a better concept.

I find myself listening to very weird metal. like rhapsody(rhapsody of fire) and blind guardian and some falconer songs. they got all kinds of instruments playing. violins and flutes and all kinds of instruments that belong in classical music. and i love it. it's fucking brilliant!

I just can't get enough of Enter Shikari.

Their latest album has been out for weeks and I'm still loving every second of it.

They have a great sound and manage to mesh the different styles together brilliantly.
Seeing them live in March at Manchester Academy, so fucking hyped for when they drop Ghandi Mate, Ghandi :D

And mine is the support act for Shikari! They're called Young Guns and they sound like the Lostprophets.
