Bioshock Infinite (SPOILERS!!!)

Found fighting off the the drop pods full of motorized patriots and armies of gun wielding Vox Populi was nigh on impossible considering the only two guns i had bothered to upgrade (The carbine and shotgun)were almost out of ammmo, leaving me running around hip firing a sniper rifle. Also, the game kept glitching out when i knocked someone overboard: They would get stuck to the side of the ship whilst falling and not die, which lead to a particular frustrating half an hour of running around the ship trying to figure out why the game wouldnt progress. Only area i wished for a vending machine...
Beat me to it. A horrible stain on an otherwise great game.

The Zoomer Races in Jak 2 are pretty bad, so is that god damn rail shooting mission.
Jak 2 is a very difficult game that can get unbelievably frustrating at the drop of a hat (Or throw of a controller)

Those are the parts of the game where I probably threw the most controllers.

Other moments
There's a part of generation 4 of Record of Agarest War where (Spoiler) happens and you need to do 3 really tough boss fights. And if you built your party like I did... you will be fucked royally.
It's a neat concept, and it makes you play differently but if you built your party wrong it could end your progress.

I don't really hate any other parts of my favorite games.

Minecraft: Finding a nice place to set up with good resources nearby that provides plenty of diversity and actually looks good can be long and arduous.

Jak III: The part where you have to drive an incredibly explosive (and rather slow) 'speeder' filled with Eco out to the port section.

TES IV: Oblivion: Trying to inconspicuously kill someone (on purpose) so that the Dark Brotherhood will take you in.

Just Cause 2: Missions. Just missions in general.

That's all I can think of at the moment.
