Like 14 hours? Followed the next day by a 10 hour session. It was when I first got Saints Row. I got the "Roaming the Streets of Stillwater" acheivent in a little over a day. For those who don't know, that's the acheivement you get for playing 24 total hours of Saints Row.

My reaction went about like "Oh...cool...I guess", my Dad was not proud.

I once played Halo 3 for 20 hours straight, during the "Bungie vs The World" event.

I regret nothing.

15 hours. Played Bioshock 2 from start to finish, had an hour break to make dinner, but that was it, really. I don't regret it, it was an oddly good way to experience the game, and it felt like a cohesive narrative - it's also the only time I've ever gamed that long my entire life, so I've no reason to consider it problematic.

Umm, this thread is 2 years old, fuck. I don't get to game much all at once these days, but I have found memories staying up all night playing every cup in Double Dash with 3 friends, that was awesome. And Mario party 4! All night, 50 turns, 3 friends, epic.

20 hours. Ragnarok Online. Timing MVP spawns (Kiel, RSX, Gloom, Bishop, repeat) And I loved every second of it...

I'm not exactly sure what my longest gaming session is, I don't regret any of them, but the one I remember easiest is when I rented SW: Republic Commando and played straight through in one sitting. I had slightly blurry vision but the room didn't have any lights on so the room just got darker as the day slipped away.

12 hours was my top I believe. LAN party, played C&C Generals Zero Hour for a while then moved onto Counter Strike.

Only a bit of an arseache, but that's about it, no blurry vision or anything of the kind.

The day after I graduated High School, I went the morning of one day to midnight the NEXT day, just going through my Steam library.

Long Weekend + Three friends with Gameboy Advances + Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles as well as D&D. We played Crystal Chronicles for over 30 hours, passed out for a few hours got up then played D&D for almost a day. Then spent the last day of the long weekend playing "catch up on sleep"

16 hours. Oblivion. It was my first time playing the game, and I had so much fun... My only regret is that I didn't play longer =\. Second longest has to be Warhawk, 12 hours, all night. I was having so much fun, listening to music and everything.

That's a lie, longest gaming session was probably 24 hours straight. A friend got stuck at my house in the snow, so we played Mirror's Edge all the way through, as well as some oblivion and Modern Warfare 2. They were there for 3 days, so the entire weekend was about gaming. Good times ;D

RE4 for an entire week off with barely little to no sleep in between each day. The worst part: I was playing with my buddy the entire time. We each got to finish the game once and get all the extra crap that gives absolutely nothing worthwhile, like the handcannon.

Other then that though, I usually tend to hate myself for my gaming mini-marathons. As I tend to gravitate towards single-player games, it sucks to almost completely finish a 60 dollar game in one day. I mostly hate myself because I don't spend time to enjoy the experience.

Feather in My Cap: Beating FF7 from getting off the train to killing Sephiroth in one mega-playthrough. 33 hours. All of Saturday until Sunday afternoon, then slept 'til Monday morning.

Regret: I wasted an achievement on a lame game like FF7.

Either StarCraft of Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2. The Creep and slow motion Dwarf charges are still stuck in my head. Wouldn't trade that time in for anything, c'ept maybe a girlfriend :p
