I had to fight four YMIR mechs on hardcore in order to save some... crates?
I know it's parlt my fault for not paying full attention to the mission briefing, but seriously, mechs?

Why were they the "distroy crates" plan in the first plan, a couple of bombs seems a better option than mechs with guns. Pain in the arse with little reward.
That mission was SO irritating on Insanity. It was slightly easier than I thought because only the mech you shoot at will attack you, but still... I ran out of ammo at one point, and had to rely on powers while they shot rockets at me.

Still... the little fission explosion is always satisfying.

mako-controls, i was driving down a hill and i bumped into the side of a cliff and it somehow sent me spinning through the air.

Not that it wasn't funny, but it did launch me right in front of a group of enemies.

Sigh...

I hate being stunlocked in any game. Who the hell thinks it's a good idea for an interactive medium to take control away from you in the middle of a bloody action sequence. Just kill me and be done with it.

And any death scene that takes more than 1 second to allow a reload after death is just wasting time, especially if the preceding fight only lasted 5 seconds, with several minutes of build up, and especially if you're doing it for the fifth fucking time in a row.

Yeah, it's Peak 15. As a newcomer to the game I'm somehow reassured to see I'm not the only one who's suffering in this.

The entire main plotline of ME2. Thankfully, you can ignore it for hours on end and do other stuff.

I rather liked the Mako actually. Added some variety to the game.

You too? Being forced to work with a terrorist organization, walking into obvious traps, the stupidity of sending your ace in the hole into these obvious traps, etc. Ugh.

*Possible Spoilers Ahead*

The reason why I bring this up is because I was playing Mass Effect 2 and enjoying the hell out of it. From the little space hamster to the cannons, I love it all. My beautiful female character, who I named Faye (because it always make think of Faye Valentine), Miranda, and Jack (whom I had literally just acquired minutes ago), were running about Korlus going after Okeer the korgan. I was running down a hill on the junk planet and all of sudden enemies run out from around the corner and start shooting before I can get to cover. They immediately start shooting and the force of their bullets sends my forward running butt backwards and back up the hill.....and then I was stuck.....I don't know what stuck me...the wires, some piece of garbage on the ground, but whatever the hell it was, it wasn't budging because I was very much stuck. Jack and Miranda took out the enemies...and then I stood there for about fifteen minutes. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't move and had no choice but to restart. Now all the work I had done in the last HOUR was gone.

*sigh* Anyways, post your own rant fest about your latest with Mass Effect, 1 or 2, that just left you seething with rage and let's get some anger out.
THIS. except for i turned a corner really sharp and i shot up to being on top of the desk... so i pivoted around on the one point for like 10 minutes trying to get off with multiple combos of button presses, so i saved and reloaded figuring it might debug me to the ground, and didn't work, so had to reload the autosave (which was 10 minutes before that, not as bad as yours)
