Dude, there's so many awesome games coming out, for me I'm sure I'll play about 10-11 games and these are pretty much triple A titles all... Below are the ones I'll definitely play (with the possible exception of the last two) in order of my excitement for them, although note that a LOT of them are quite close.
1. Elder Scrolls: Skyrim - my favourite game franchise ever
2. Star Wars: The Old Republic - really awesome game (honestly, never been so excited for an MMO) + MMO to tide me over game droughts
3. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (+AC3 if it makes it to 2011 for the PC, but I doubt it) - I'm a sucker for stealth games and the AC franchise is one of the best and most innovative among them
4. Mass Effect 3 - it's fucking Mass Effect, the fact it's not first on the list just tells you how crazy I am for everything above this point
5. Dragon Age 2 - loved Origins, almost as excited for DA2 as I am for ME3
6. Batman: Arkham City - once again, I can't believe a game this good is so far down on my list and again, sucker for stealth games, Asylum did an amazing job with it
7. Deus Ex: Human Revolution - couldn't be arsed with previous games (I know, I'm a horrible human being) due to how old they are, but this is looking pretty amazing
8. Portal 2 - amazing that a Portal game can end up this low, especially considering it'll have co-op I'm really anxious for to play with my mate, but I just can't compare a puzzle platformer with the above games
9. Shogun 2: Total War - Total War bringing it home... I'm not much for strategy games, but like the turn based ones and I loved Rome, this should fulfill my strategy needs
10. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings - not a fan of the first game, but if they rework the combat/camera just a bit, I'll definitely play it, hoping they will due to the added stealth elements and such

Mass Effect 3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood(Yes, I am part of the "glorious PC gaming master race"), Deus Ex 3: Human Revolution, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, Portal 2, Dragon Age 2 (I hope the will change the combat system) and maybe Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 because they pulled off the "cliffhanger" ending and I want to see THE END( not sure if IW announced it, or are ever making the game,but if we look back we'll see that IW and 3ARC are alternating releasing CoD games. CoD4 > CoD WaW > CoD:MW2 > CoD: Black Ops > (hopefully) CoD:MW3).
Also, games that are in development but don't have a release date up just yet :Metro 2034, Diablo 3, StarCraft: The Heart of the Swarm.
But of all these games I am most looking forward to TES V, The Witcher 2 and possibly Dragon Age 2 ( although I HATED the combat in the first game ) mainly because I love fantasy RPGs.

The 3DS is the only 3D thing I have ever gotten excited about, so I'm gonna go with that. Paper Mario and Ocarina of Time certainly isn't going to reduce my excitement for it 
Honestly? Catherine... You need a reason why too? Fine! It's made by Atlus, the people who made the Shin Megami Tensei- and Persona- series! Secondly, it looks mindbending as hell, and I like good game that can destroy your mind

FFXIV. No, it really is. Been waiting for this one for a while... hopefully I'll see the PS3 release in 2011 (with the fixes everyone has been suggesting, i guess)

In all fairness though I also want Marvel vs Capcom 3 but 2011 could be the best year YET with such an awesome line-up. Unless all the devs do a repeat of 2009 with Modern Warfare 3's release...then in that case 2012 will be the best. And last because that's when the world ends.

2011 is going to be a huge year. So far, I'm most excited for Gears of War 3 with Uncharted 3 extremely close behind. Then there's Portal 2 and Bulletstorm. But seriously, don't start making me talk about upcoming games I'm excited for because then I'll end up dwelling on the fact that I can't afford them...
