All of them?

Homeworld.

Homeworld.

And more Homeworld.

Whether its getting so enraptured by the sheer beauty of space as your fleet and your enemies' fleet smash against one another that you forget your supposed to be commanding the battle, to returning to Kharak after your first hyperspace test, to just the sheer wonder of the unknown as you jump into an unexplored star system...

All of it is just so well made and fantastic and awesome, I can't gush about it enough.

Immersive:
When Ace Hardlight shot Big Al, i was thinking "Ace, you´ve just trodden into the deep shit..." damm i kicked his easy arse in the arena.

Saddest:
Gaz getting shot in the face. i cried manly tears.

greatest: Defeating Typhon in Titan Quest, that was the most epic video game experience ive had yet. 15 minutes of dodging meteors, thunderbolts and fire just to watch his skeleton fall over.

too bad he was reanimated by Hades into 1 of the easiest bosses ever.

Mass Effect! THAT decision............... Not gonna lie, I cried (every time) :'(
May you please clarify on what decision you mean?
There is a trigger point in the game where you have to make a tough decision (don't know how to do the 'spoiler', thing and didn't want anyone having the game ruined cos of me and my big mouth, lol) so I can PM you, or if someone can tell me how to do the spoiler I'll do that :) Thankees in advance
To use spoilers:
-Content-
Without the spaces.
OK will give that a go, thanks :)
You get to a certain point in the game where you have to choose to let either Kaiden or Ashley die, you cannot save both, and at this point if you have followed conversation options you will have romantic feelings for one and friendship with the other, and dammit it is sad
Oh yes that part. It took me about 5 minutes to choose. I choose "K" to make it, as I needed a bio person.
Doesn't take me long, I always choose K but I really like A, she is kind of a badass for a female party member, but going into the final fight you can't beat a biotic team! :)
I'd like to see that :D. I chose K becuase I was a soldier already, so I didn't need another.
I did a playthrough as a soldier and found it a lot easier than the choice I normally make, I tend to go for sentinel characters (as in KOTOR) as I love the extra skills I can have that soldiers don't. I do use the unlocked assault rifle training though ;-)

I always chose K because of the following reasons.

1) He's cute
2) He's actually got a personality
3) He's not a racist
4) Did I mention he's cute?

I loved resistance 1&2 (ending in 2 is a little sad)
sniping that running officer in the head, in CoD:World at War at the hardest difficulty.(dang, seeing him fly trough the air, with blood spraying everywhere almost changed me.)
some of the "hardest to get" achievements form Team Fortress 2.
some of the lvl's in horde mode (Gears of War 2)on insane(when you don't have that shield)
Portal!
taking a bad guy with you to the top of empire state building, In Spider man 2, and pile diver him down to the street.
when I won WarHawk in a WarHawk competition at Norways Electroworld mess(dunno of that's the right word for it, it's kind of a large building with lots and lots of people coming and testing games and stuff)
hearing "Boo-fuckin-hoo" i GTA4

Hey, I dunnkow about you but he's kinda cute too, in a nerdy pale sort of way...

And I could always close my eyes and imagine it was Kaiden :D

And to continue this tangent to its hilarious conclusion, was it just me or did the Assari girl just come off as likable as Ta'Paul or however you spell that *****'s name from Star Trek: Oh God, Sam Bekket is Commanding Our Ship.

On a more on topic note, I would like to add the ending of Planescape Torment for most emotional, saddest, and greatest gaming moments.

OK then...

Saddest: Tie between Shadow of the Colossus, agro dying, or Eli Vance dying in Ep 2.

Most immersive: Right after the strider battle in EP2. (I had no ammo at the end and it truly felt epic)

Most Accomplished: Disgaea, my first time beating Baal (It was quite epic, as I was down to my final character, he was in one-hit territory, but so was Baal, and it was my turn :D )

Happiest, after a gap of about 5 years, I managed to beat the entire Prince of Persia series (Sands of time trilogy. Not that it's hard, but my parents wouldn't let me play M rated games when the sequels came out >< )

Most Bad ass: Killing a Heavy/Medic combo with full health all alone... using only the scouts' baseball bat. There is nothing more bad ass than that :D

Most Immersive: A sniper duel I had on the map Sinjar in Insurgency. Either that, or the entire All Ghillied Up in COD 4.
Greatest: Beating all of the Call of Duty games (with the exception of the console-only ones) on the hardest difficulty. Felt so awesome after that.

Saddest: Final Fantasy X

The ending, when it turned that because you'd saved Yuna from dying, Tidus died because he'd never been real to begin with, and there was no way to have both of them live. Besides that hug that wasn't quite a hug made me need a hug.

Final Fantasy X's ending. That was just sad but it totally sucked you in.
Shadow Hearts too. The two first games are both very emotional.
Seems like I'm not the only one too. Also the first two Shadow Hearts would be my second for most jaw droppingly sad moments. Poor Alice.

Most Immersive: Silent Hill 2

I've got great memories of sitting on a sofa with three mates, curtains drawn and surround sound on, and everytime something jumped, crawled or just plain creeped us out, we jumped a mile. The best art was the night we ate chinese playing it and that was the time we first met Pyramid head. All the plates went on the floor we jumped so hard.

Greatest:
Completing Legend of Zelda, a Link to the Past on the Snes. Damn that felt good.

I think he has a nice face, not sexy, but sweet. Gorgeous voice though, and no mistake! If you are on about Enterprise, I couldn't bring myself to watch it, it was just wrong to me ;-)
Also sad was in Shadow Hearts Covenant, when Yuri tries to bring Alice back to life with the Emigre manuscript and fails, he really loves Alice.................

Fair enough! It is kind of fun being a badass soldier, but I hate not having security skills available.

Oh yes that part. It took me about 5 minutes to choose. I choose "K" to make it, as I needed a bio person.

The reason I choose a Soldier is because I was trying to beat the game in a weekend on a cousin's Xbox. I just choose the soldier as he was easy to win with.

Greatest: beating the final demon fiend boss thingy in ninja gaiden 2 on warrior difficulty with only a quarter of my health bar and my trusty dragon blades after of retries. blood, sweat and tears never tasted so good.

Immersive: Hands down. "would you kindly?" you know what I'm on about!
-that was so utterly "holy crap my life is meaningless" after going through absolute living hell and all those emotionally wrenching events .eg. 'atlas's' family being killed. thinking your doing the right thing and having your mind played with-

Saddest: when
-The marine was slowly dying in cod4 after the nuclear bomb detonated and the fact that you play as him as he struggles to move around in the now hellish landscape with no hope for survival.-

Most Moving plot element: "Dooooccccttooorrrr freeeeeemmaaaaaaannnnn" Just wow at that guy in HL.

Greatest: Escaping from the giant mechanical spider in Final Fantasy 8. I was s oyoung that I actually thought that was the end of the game.

Most immersive: Probably the entire CoD4 campaign (if that counts), especially the nuke...

Saddest: Finishing Final Fantasy 8. Not because the ending itself was sad, but because I didn't WANT it to end.
Final Fantasy 8, A personal favorite! And that run from the giant mech spider is indeed very awesome!
I don't get something though. Sometimes, at the end, you just escape from the spider, but other times, there is a cutscene where you're running and Quistis is shooting the thing with a turret all sexy-like.

I think it has to do with whether or not you hide in the hotel and let the spider pass you or not. I'm not sure though.

Most immersive/sad:

When Elena is hit by the grenade, I just kept thinking, "Fuck, fuck, don't die!" Then the misleading cutscene afterward made me cry. >_>

I feel bad for mentioning Brutal Legend AGAIN in my posts, but the ending of Half-Life 2 Episode Two and Ophoria's(pretty sure the name is mixed up in my head but its close to that) cutscene that is the climax in her story.

Oh man...

In Borderlands
When you do a side mission to find TK Baha, beaten to death from a ceiling fan... that was painful, as he was my favourite NPC in the entire game... so nice and funny and yet so lonely... I gave the murders a VERY painful death, infact so much so that I kept replaying that moment trying to make their demise worse everytime... I settled on shocking them, burning them, melting them, Exploding them, and finnally beating them to death. *Shakes fists* Bastards!

That was some deep shit, and the MOST immersive part of the game for me. *~* I'll miss you good sir.
