I have modded my Fallout 3 game and the most evil are as follows

Wanamingos: sweet jesus, not again, I thought we beat these in Fallout 1, they come out of nowhere, but if you have the dart gun they're neutered puppies to you.

Night Ghouls: Glowing bluish ghouls that come out during the night and do tons of damage. They also come out of freaking nowhere, there is no easy way to kill them.

Deathclaw Matriarch: Like the "queen" of the Deathclaws. The dart gun is pretty ineffective on her. Oh yes, and since the mod, Deathclaws now travel in packs.

Feral Ghoul Ramblers: Oh sweet Jesus they're hard to see in the dark. If you weren't expecting a claw to the back of the head you'll need to be sewn back together in hell.

Super Mutant Gargantuan: Oh sure, they look funny with the unbalanced arm size, but one fist and you're knocked into oblivion. Ever got hit by a train? Kinda like that only in a videogame.

Out of all of those, I'd still say the new deathclaws.
I s*** bricks every time I see them.

Feral Ghoul Reavers.

Super Mutant Overlords can be annoying if they've got a tri-beam laser rifle and they get lucky, but mostly they go down pretty easy, and albino radscorps have no ranged attack.

Reavers are just a pain in the arse though.

My worst has to be the fucking flame soldiers from the enclave they just constantly shoot you and you become blind because of all the fire, its very satisfying when you drop a big fucking nuke on their heads.

Feral Ghoul Reavers. The Dunwich building just became that much harder after I downloaded Broken Steel. Those god damned Reavers are way too powerful. The method of "de-fanging" them that I can come up with (short of shooting them in the face with the Alien Blaster) is using the Gauss Rifle at close range. I'll line up two VATS shots and hope that one of them knocks the Reaver down. Then, I'll run up close and shoot it while it's down until it's finally dead.

But, as terrible as Feral Ghoul Reavers may be, now that info has been released on Mothership Zeta, I live in constant fear of what that will bring...
Pretty much -exactly- how I feel

Slightly off topic: I used to think I was such a badass...-until- those reavers showed up. :sigh:

Giant Rad scorpions. They have a ton of health and in some places can spawn as twins. Plus they have no vulnerable areas like heads.

God damn now I want to play Fallout 3.

Playing as a stealthy character until I finally found a use for the dart gun, Deathclaws and Supermutant Behemoths, now I just shoot them with a dart gun and pull out my reservists rifle.

Playing as my alcoholic gun wielding maniac, nothing, I just use either Vengeance or Eugene and break it into little its and pieces.

Bears. God, if there's one thing I hate coming across in the wilderness of a sandbox game is a goddamned bear. Oblivion, Fallout 3, it doesn't matter - you will find me running screaming across the world with one or two bears hot on my tail.

Mirelurks. They gave me hell when I first started out, chasing me across the frakking outskirts of Rivet city straight into the downtown until I was hopelessly lost and low on health (I'd never been in the downtown before). Then, when I thought I was safe, I turned a corner and ran into a gang of raiders.

-.-

When it reloaded, they corned me again, and I watched, stunned, as one attacked me and my head separated from my body and went flying across the screen.

Fucking mirelurks...

None of them. The game's pathetically easy. with some accuracy and dodging you can take down deathclaws at level 5 (cripple the legs)

I fear no enemy, all of them are dead to me before we meet. But no, really, none of them bother me.
