Your most hated villain?

This is different to a list of which villain is your favourite villain as you can tell. But please note when I say 'hated villain' I don't mean most boring or unispired villain, i already did a post for that.
No sir, this is a thread where you talk about the villain you HATE the most because of how relentlessly EVIL he or she is. Who you despise because of their sheer heartless baby eating conniving villainy?
Which villain made you disgusted in horror? Which villain makes you shudder when you so much as hear their name? Which villain's death made you the most happy?

For me this has to go to Captain Vidal in Pan's Labrynth. That man was really, really evil. Another would have to go to the Yellow Bastard in Sin City, he made my skin crawl. Also Kate Winslet's character in the 2006 film Little Children, what a *****.

But enough about me, who do you classifiy as the most vile, evil, repulsive, heartless, monstrous villain and explain why you think so. Must have no redeemable or likeable qualities whatsoever.

Read the first book like 10 years ago... and god-damnit. I just hated him more than I've hated any other character ever.

I mean the other guy is a close second but at least the inhuman cannibal didn't talk like that... in such a gross way.

The Joker from Dark Knight? He was AMAZING. Pulled off a bank job with the assistance of a dozen people, got them to back-stab (or -shoot?) each other and drove away in a school bus with all the cash. Then he did that 'social experiment' and disguised his guards as hostages and vice-versa. So. Much. Evil.

I've said this before and I'll most likely say it again:
I disagree but I still respect your right to an opinion, personally I liked the whole trilogy but if you didin't that's fine.

Though personally if I had to pick a most hated villain in Halo it would be the Prophet of Truth in Halo 2, the lying manipultive genocidal meglaomaniacal bastard.
Sure the Arbiter (God Bless) killed him in Halo 3 (Well done) but it was a different voice then the one from Halo 2... and I associate the voice of Truth in Halo 2 as the voice of hatred in a physical form.

Why not just talk about the Joker in general? Why does everyone bring up that god awful movie? Any scene without the Joker is practically unwatchable!

The Joker in general is just plain evil. Take Killing Joke for instance, all Joker was trying to do in that book was drive Gordon insane. He had no reason to paralyze Gordon's daughter, but he did it anyway. I could go on for hours about the evil things that the Joker has done, but I will just end it there.

Dr. Doom is awesomely evil too.
