Your most loved/hated cliche

Hated I do not like the cliche of physically weak, strong willed women. Mostly because we only see that physically weak part and the only way for the woman to show her strong will is to steal the show from the hero, which will never happen.
I do like the naive hero, though. Mostly because they are used in a setting I wasn't familiar with, allowing me to learn alongside the hero. Which is why Vann from FFXII is useless.

Also, if all else fails just wish really hard that you would have more power/someone came to rescue you/speak the words "Is this it?"/have someone scream your name before you're about to get killed and presto! Instant Deus Ex Machina.
Oh wait, loved cliches? Err...Oh yeah. The whole 2 characters that don't get along together that much but end up falling in love in the end. But it needs a lot of character building and reason and simply not be hammered in. Best example I can think of: Ouran High School Host Club. The manga, where it was done much better.

Most hated: The idea that gamers have no social lives, I enjoy interacting with my fellow human beings (as long as they don't turn out be cunts).

Hated : The strong female character who somehow gets kidnapped so the male hero can save her and start their obligatory love relationship.
Liked: The awesome cape/long trench coat blowing in the wind in slow motion, It looks awesome.

I used to use cliches, but now I avoid them like the plague.
Bad jokes aside, I think I have to go with the OP on this one. It annoys me that a love interest has to be thrown into every story. Sure, romance is arguably one of the highest points of someone's life, and we are biologically programmed to make le babies. If a romantic subplot is thrown in when it doesn't fit the overall mood of a story, and seemingly simply to give the audience some eye candy it can be kind of sad..

Most loved: The Epic Showdown. Bonus points for pouring rain and dramatic, angry, yelling of the villain's name, especially if it's followed by an even more dramatic stand-off.
Most hated: The Pointless Love interest/Triangle/Will They-Won't They Scenario. I really wish JJ Abrams would stop ruining my shows with this crap.

I hate the cliche evil businessman trying to destroy everything for profit. Especially when taken to the extreme like with Umbrella, where they're outright destroying EVERYTHING, and what in the hell is the point of profit if there's no world to spend your money in?
I also hate the cliche "nobody deserves that kind of power!" speech that gets thrown out there. I like to think of society as advancing, but that speech sounds like something that sets society back. In a "Oh, Rome never deserved that kind of power, so let's have Dark Ages instead!" sort of way.

Can't narrow it down to one for each, so I picked a few.
Most hated:
1.)When a guy plays the 'I'm pretending to be gay to become the girl I likes best friend (in order to eventually reveal the truth when she inevitably says something like "I wish I could find a straight guy like you to date") gambit. I know it's a long title but I wanted to encapsulate everything that comes up every time I see this.
Or
2.)When a character is dating 2 people at once and those 2 people seem to keep running into each other no matter where they go.(Rarely excuseable in my opinion. Only exception, off the top of my head, is Scott Pilgrim because of a decent justification and the sheer awesomeness of the series)

2.)The group groan at a terribly stupid idea/pun/whatever.
3.) This [sarcasm] brilliant [/sarcasm] plan. Let's go back to the most obvious place that everyone would expect us to be, they would never expect it. And the practically inevitable failure/capture following this. (Just for the lulz it gives me.)
