The Tick. I haven't read all 6 pags, but I'd be surpised if anyone else has said this one yet. I do TRY to be original.
Good call.

"I am the midnight bomber, who bombs at midnight!"

Pure genius.
Spoooooon!
I reckon in the live action series they went with Captain Liberty instead of American Maid because they couldn't get Andie Macdowell. Shame.

Rome and Journeyman. The former is definitely not for the majority of the people on this site; it's very..erm..let's say- graphic. Any road, it was a brilliant series and only aired 10 episodes into season 2 before been cancelled. :(

The latter took it's time getting to the good bits but my god when it did - it was brilliant. Sadly, it was pulled leaving so many things so tantalisingly unanswered. And weirdly they both star Kevin McKidd.

At least bloody Firefly had a movie.
Finally someone said Rome! I loved that show, I understand why they cancelled it (the budget was getting ridiculously expensive) but it was fooking awesome!

I really enjoyed the 13 episodes of the American drama series Kings. But none you people seem to have heard of it, so I'm sure I'll get no sympathy.

You are hereby friended for knowing about Rome. I love the show because it was just pure awesomeness and the fact that it followed the lives of so many great people of the empire. Plus the women were crazy hot.

Brings a tear to my eye every time I think about it's cancellation.

Kindred: The Embraced. Quite a low budget one, but I would have loved to see it as it should have been. It is based on the Vampires of the World of Darkness (same that the ones used on Vmapire: The Masqarade games)

Pucca,

that show was riding high, but it suddenly stopped almost halfway on Season 2, and no one on Disney, Studio B, or Vooz ever told the public anything about what the heck's going on with that show.

I don't know what that is, can you give me a link to online videos or a wiki please?

I'd have to say these two:

Last saturday, I watched the whole season of Firefly for the first time. Then I watched Serentiy.
Then I cried. I cried because it's never coming back.
I was amazed I'd missed out for so long with Firefly.

What TV show of yours never made it past more than a few seasons? Spare some thoughts.
Eli Stone, I.C.E, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Striperella and Black Books. Also, I quite liked a show called Saved, that ws about the daily inner workings of the lives of some Paramedics..

Jack of all Trades, yet another Bruce Campbell cult wonder, it was so ridiculous but Campbell's performance was hilarious, Long live the Daring Dragoon!

Studio 60 only lasted one season. Just like Dollhouse, Arrested Development and Family Guy (during its initial run), the network failed to properly market it and, more importantly, to put it in a decent slot. But it was bloody brilliant. Most of the better actors from The West Wing (except Mary Louise Parker - oh, Mary) were on the show, as well as plenty of people I never would have looked at twice had I not seen them in this context (Matthew Perry, Amanda Peet and D.L. Hughley were all brilliant, shockingly). The overall effect was a show that was both hilarious and very moving.

Ditto on Firely, btw.

Woo my first friend on here! :) Yeah, I thought it was good that they followed what was happening with the commoners as well as the power players. And I liked how they linked Vorenus and Pullo to important goings on, it was clever how they did it!
