This has got far too many pages to scroll through considering I'm only on my laptop to write an essay, so sorry for any repeats...

Invader Zim, Undergrads, Clone High and Downtown all had potential for more, Jhonen Vasquez was planning a movie to give an end to Zim but like everything he takes a break from, he never went back to it.

Spaced is my all-time favourite programme and a lot of the fans constantly beg for a third series, but I think it ended perfectly where it did, too many good sitcoms get flogged to death and get progressively worse, just look at Only Fools And Horses or Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps.

15 Stories High - a very poorly funded adventure by BBC 3 that bit the dust after 2 seasons. The critics loved it, but Joe Public wasn't watching and BBC axed the programme.

Such a shame, really, it's one of the funniest British comedy shows to come out in recent years. Same goes for Brass Eye, which only lasted for one season but caused such a ruckuss that it remains one of the funniest programmes to have ever existed.

Wonder Showzen only lasted 2 seasons, and that was one of the funniest original comedy shows I've ever seen come out of America. That show was so openly un-PC, but it was a brilliant combination of extreme stupidity and intelligence.

The Lyricist Lounge Show, a variety show along the lines of SNL that featured underground rappers and comedic rap skits with songs done in the oft-forgotten style of storytelling.

Of course, that was back when MTV was still kinda cool.

I think Firefly jusy about wins the thread here, and it gets my first place in the cancelled whe it really shouldn't have been stakes.

Also, Invader Zim, Earthworm Jim, and Futurama. God I loved those shows.
Yeah I loved Futurama. But I don't think the movie type things they made were that good.

Earthworm Jim, he rockets through the sky!
Earthworm Jim, he's such a groovy guy :D

Amazing to think what kind of rating Firefly would have received if all the people now that have fallen in love with it had watched it at the time. I'm not blaming people, Fox really messed up with handling of that series.

I don't know what that is, can you give me a link to online videos or a wiki please?
This is probably the best post/name combination I've seen so far.

Screw it if it'sa a cliche, I want more "Firefly"!! Though "Pushing Daisies" comes in at a distant second. Poor pie-maker.

Psych

Was a good show but it never made it :(
A friend of mine showed me that show, it was hilarious "Hold it, fold it, skim it, crouching tiger, zookeeper's boy, hairdresser on fire, girlfriend in a coma, slap it on a biscuit"

Flight of the Conchords ended on it's second season i'm pretty sure, which is sad because it was hilarious.

Also i've heard talk that Spectacular Spiderman might not do a season 3, which would be heartbreaking.

(also, with all this talk about Firefly, all I can think about is how annoyed Yahtzee will be if he reads this)
