The first time I saw the Dragon God in Demon's Souls. Love that game.

I've had a few, the most recent ones would probably be the final cutscene in Brotherhood, I mean, who saw that coming!

and probably the death of Eli in Half life just as you thought everything was going to be OK (yes not very recent, but worth mentioning)

Probably when I beat 4 5th prestieges on black ops. It was 4 against 2. And I had a female who kicked as much ass as me XD

Shadow of the Colossus- the bird one. It's the most exhilarating experience in gaming.

Emerging from the sewer at the beginning of Oblivion, it blew my mind a little bit.

The ending of Portal 2 will linger in my mind for quite a while. That was just 100% perfect game direction.

The ending of Mass Effect 2 also made me go =O (the final seconds of the aftermath when the music takes off and the reapers appear in the window. EPIC.

More or less the Entire God of War series.

The ending of Legacy Of Kain: Defiance. Almost made me shed manly tears.

Mine'd probably be fighting beast Ganon in Ocarina of Time, simply because i thought it'd be over, then ganon bursts from the foundations and changes.
it was the lightning and music that did it, they gave me goosebumps (but mind you, i was young)...
