Dante's Inferno. It had incredibly disappointing gameplay that couldn't even be salvaged by huge blue nipples that shot out undead babies, and to make things even worse, I didn't find out about EA's shit marketing (fake Christian protesters, encouraging fans to molest their booth babes) until after I had bought the game. I'm sorry I gave them my money.

Alot of people saying black ops, but i think it was well worth the money, i have put so many hours into that on multiplayer... haters will hate though...

OT: Starcraft 2, good game and all, but when your friend is all "Play it more so you get better, i am like the best at this" when they know that you have work to do and cant play it, so they go out and say you suck at gaming and life in general, now that makes me regret buying it

Just Cause 2.

What I was expecting: "OMG THIS GAME IS AMAZING! THE WORLD IS HUGE AND I CAN HOOK PEOPLE ONTO PLANES LMFAO!"

What I got: "Hey guys, let's have the worst voice acting ever put into a massive world with barely anything to kill and a shop system that's absolutely terrible."
I just swallow the story like medicine, and get on with exploding things.
The thing that bugs me in that game: Why is everyone speaking English all the damn time? I understand if they're talking to YOU, but even on the military radio, where they only talk to eachother, they still talk in horrible accented English. Don't forget the cameos with the Russian, Chinese, and Japanese villains. Even the American accent was horribly exaggerated! Despite this, though, I personally find it really fun, what with all the havoc.

Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Holy sh1t that was a let down.
DC Universe - Could it be a bigger waste of time repetative boring waste of $60, and they actually want you to pay $15 dollers a month for this trash....Go F*** yourself SOE.

Edit: Yeah and whoever thought up Command and Conquer 4 should be drawn and quartered. THANKS FOR RUINING ONE OF MY FAVORITE FRANCHISES!!!

Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising. So much wasted opportunity. It's like they got about 75% of the way into making potentially the greatest mil sim of all time and just said "ah, screw it, that'll do" and shipped it. Seriously, to keep me happy all they would have to do is simply take the original and give it an upgrade. What's the point of a massive island with no loading screen if you fail your mission when you leave the combat zone? Why weren't there any playable tank commander/pilot missions like in the original? Why did the vehicles suck so badly? They actually went backwards.

On the other hand, I would play ArmA but A) I only play console and B) It's buggy as f**k.

UNLIMITED SAGA by Square-Enix

This is the only time I've ever dropped a game with a good story and interesting characters because of a single gameplay mechanic. It's an jrpg where you never move your character, your character outside of combat is a... chess piece that is picked up and moved (you even hear the sound of the piece hitting a table) from one area to the next. But, I could see past that... kind of, the real mechanic that ruins any potential that the game had was the roulette wheel. EVERY action aside from moving/talking required that spinning wheel (attack, swim, lock pick, avoid trap, basically skills of any kind). It's like gambling your ability to do anything. Look it up on Youtube, word cannot describe how crappy a gameplay mechanic this is. Too bad too, I liked most of the characters and the story was compelling.

I should mention I tried several times to play it and for many hours because of the story/characters.

The icing on the cake is I paid $80 for it new...

Bit Boy on wiiware by far. Jeez, what a pathetic crap pile that game was. I'm sure none of you have heard of it, so I'll give you a little taste: a ways into it several levels of the game make you wait more than four times the loading screen time as a joke.

Modern Warfare 2. Terrible design, terrible spawns, terrible community, terrible single player. All around badness. Honestly, it's so bad, I refused to buy BOps until a month ago. (Well, actually it was a present, but whatever.) And to tell you the truth, I actually like BOps. Sure the campaign is mediocre at best (it took me two weeks because I could only stand to play it a little at a time), and there are a few anachronisms. But, I actually enjoy the multiplayer in this game.

Final Fantasy 13. I was told not to, but I didn't listen. And so I paid the price. At least I got some of my money back from Gamestop

hmm... since i have an almost retardedly limited game library due to my personal finances, every game i buy i make sure is either good, or less than 7.50 on a steam sale and a game i'm mildly interested in

that being said, the amount of time i've invested in GH: world tour has not nearly been worth the purchase price. that and Halo Wars

Seemed awesome -

Was terribad.
that definitely seemed like a game where you either love it or hate it.. i kinda liked it due to its reliance on strategy rather than economy spam, but it did move really slowly, so i can see why people wouldn't be happy with it

A little DS game called "Legend of Kay." I'd seen it around, thought it looked cute, art style seemed nice as well.
I cannot begin to express the depth of profanities that spewed forth from my maw while dealing with its imprecise controls and screwy save system.

Starcraft 2. Don't get me wrong it was a lot of fun, but my computer didn't run it well and I got bored of getting stomped on in multiplayer after a while when my friends stopped playing
