Battlefield 2 has probably eaten up the most amount of my time but I found the most addictive game I've played is GTA: Vice City. Just can't get enough of causing mayhem in a fire engine.

Most replayed game would be "The World Ends With You" with three replays. It would be more but I've lost my copy. 
I've played the most of the Pokemon series, both main games and spin-offs, but have only replayed Yellow twice and FireRed twice, no re-plays for other games.
I don't usually replay games so they have to be pretty special for me to do so.

Saints Row 2 is up there with about 180 hours on one file. Yeah...me and a friend screw around a lot and make our own fun. Like recreating movie/video game characters and competing to see who can make their chosen character more accurate (so far I've won by recreating Duke Nukem almost to a tee.)
However, the grand winner would definitely be Morrowind. 700+ Hours on one file, and I still haven't started the main quest. Too busy walking around FINDING crap.

FINAL FANTASY VII !!!! oblivion and guitar hero 2 and 3. Each of those have stolen weeks at a time from me lol
Has to be Guilty Gear X2 for me, played that game constantly for about two years then got the rereleases played the shit out of them, not to mention the PSP, WII verions of the games.

Tales of Symphonia, around 10 times completed. God that game is so fun!

Probably Half-Life 2: Episode 2. It's definitely got to be the most polished Half-Life installment yet, and has a lot of awesome story moments. It's being very short helps too.

Either The Force Unleashed or Black for most playthroughs; but for most hours of play, easily Fallout 3.
oooo.... errmmmm... most played games I would say are Final Fantasy(around 6 times), Final Fantasy 9, (3 or 4 times) Kingdom Hearts 1 (3 times) Mass Effect (6 times... I think) Resident Evil 2 (must be about 10 times) Resident Evil 4 (5 or 6 times, if not more)
