It's a little early considering 2009 isn't even over yet. There are still a lot of games we don't even know about yet.

On topic: Resident Evil 5, Bioshock 2, and Half-Life: Episode 3. These are the three I'm looking forward to.

None really. The games this year aren't looking all that great to me. Most developers decided to release the epic stream of epic games in late summer-mid fall of 2008.

Here is something interesting to consider. When we were heading into 2008 numerous people said it had no chance of even coming close to being as good as 2007. Now we are saying 2008 was great and 2009 will pale in comparison. Fact is, there are too many well experienced companies producing some hard hitting games this year for it to be a failure.

on that note, god of war 3, Uncharted 2, Prototype, Modern Warfare 2, FF13(if it comes out on time), Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, Half-life 2: episode 3, Arkham Asylum, and No More Heroes 2.

(I would say Mad World, but that is already out...and awesome)

Edit: and no, I can't decide which one of those games I want more.
