For the most part i consider myself a metal head, but I have a few guilty pleasures when it comes to music:

Shes So High- Tal Bachman
That's What You Get- Paramore
A Thousand Miles- Vanessa Carlton

Post 2 or 3 songs that y'all pretend you don't listen to and secretly love.

This is my first thread in a long while so excuse my ignorance if this has come up before.

I don't really like music but I like some, my family tend to make a irritatingly big deal when I do listen to music so maintain the charade of never listening to music.

Not Fair- Lily Allen

You can't stop the music- The Village People

tabi no tochuu - Natsumi Kiyoura
Because it's better than most English stuff :|

Edit: actually... I can't think of any modern English songs that are better.

Paramore. I don't even feel bad about it. i like them and am likely to run around the house singing their songs at high volume.

I think i am really past the point where i feel "guilty" about listening to music outside of my chosen genre. If you ask me i'll tell you that i like rock music and go one to tell you how Holywood is Manson's most under rated album, combining the best parts of Antichrist Superstar with the maturity he gained from working on Mechanical Animal.

But right now i am going to go listen to Umbrella for about the 4th time today and if you have a problem with that you can bugger off.

Well, I like Rise Against and Green Day. They're great bands, but apparently the internet hates them.

And no, I don't think of them as "punk rock" bands; with the kind of music Green Day's been making, that's just silly.

I... I like Britney Spears.

(don't kill me! I like Radiohead and of Montreal and Debussy too!)

Something about a Circus CD and two hours on a school bus full of choir kids just made her grow on me. Maybe it's childhood nostalgia. I. Don't. Know.

Also, Panic! At the Disco. I actually do not understand why people hate them as much as they do; they may not be good musicians, but the songs are fun and the lyrics often have pretty imagery.

Never been sure why everyone hates Green Day so much. Good shit in my opinion.

I listen to Death, Thrash and Power Metal aswell as 80's rock/metal but I listen to Taylor Swift occasionaly.

Shes bloody skilled with a guitar and a fantastic singer but not many respect me for liking her.

Jonathan Coultan.... none of my friends get that the lyrics are the best bit.
The Rocky Horror Show soundtrack. It's a good musical ok- transvestites or not.
and i'll agree with someone above, 1000 Miles- Vannessa Carlton. Good tune.
