Irish Mother, English father. I don't care for any generations further back then that as I'm not connected to the culture.

Wasn't that the Portugese?
Nah, Arab and portuguese sailors' stay at the island were shorter than Dutch's, who actually set up camp for quite some time before leaving because of the climate, and occasional cyclones which at the time, would have been rather devastating.

During their stay, they mainly enjoyed their Dodo and giant sea turtle meals.

Ok, that can't be right. Dodo meat was infamous for being disgusting. The extinction of the bird was mainly caused by animals like rats, pigs and dogs which had been introduced onto the island by humans and that would feed on the dodo's eggs.

But enough with the derailing.

Um like 65 percent Italian, some Scottish, some German, some English, and possibly a little bit of American Indian thrown in. Now if only i could prove that, I'd have free college for life

75% Italian
12.5% Irish
12.5% Polish

All I really know is that my great-great grandparents moved to America from Italy around 1914, most likely to get away from WWI.

My family came to Ireland from Norway via Greece then Scotland, that's a fairly brief description of 800 years of family history on my father's side.

Not certain about the ancestry of my mother's side but...

...was my grandfather's cousin.
