Your Next Day One Purchase?

Darksiders II, most definitely. As of right now, I have most of the games I've ever wanted, in some way, shape, or form. I also have a fairly large backup of games that I want to play through at some time. That being said, Darksiders II is the one gem on the horizon that I have been looking forward to the most.

The trailers and such only hype me more.

The first game was a misunderstood stack of awesomecakes. I want more of that, and Darksiders II looks like it will deliver.

Borderlands 2, Planetside 2, Assassin's Creed 3, Dead Space 3, Torchlight 2.

Man, you know what, I haven't purchased a single "New IP" game, or preordered a "New IP" game this year for Day 1 at all.

Have the good ideas just...ran out?

Persona 4: Golden, picking that up the day it comes out, and the Vita to go with it, other than that, I might get Ni No Kuni first day, I would like to see more first though

The complete lack of Persona 4: Arena in here is astounding.

Borderlands 2, Ass-Creed III, Bioshock: Infinite, and The Last of Us. Not sure about a day-1, but Watch Dogs has acquired my interest.

Nothing. Really not much I'm looking forward to. I guess "Whatever the next BioWare game that isn't Dragon Age 3 and the next Bethesda game that isn't TES online" is a bit too vague, but it'll have to do.

EDIT: Thought up another one, whatever VALVe comes up with. ESPECIALLY if Episode 3 actually does come out.

MGS Vita, I pre-ordered it so I could get the $10 credit, which I will use to buy the Humble Indie Bundle.

Wasteland 2, anything serious Obsidian makes (I'm wary of the South Park RPG, the writing is going to be brilliant for sure but the combat and setting...), Torchlight 2 for me and my friend to play, and Planetside 2 I'll likely do day 1 cosmetic purchases. For the most part I'm going to like off steam sales as a Uni student.

Already got the Ratchet & Clank HD Collection pre-ordered ever since it appeared in the shops. Keeps getting pushed back though, it seems, or isn't there a definite release date yet?

Just hope they won't screw me over. I pre-ordered it for £20, but now the price is up to £28. Not sure how it works when that happens. Will I still get it for the cheaper price?

As far as I'm aware the current UK release date is the 29th of June, but as you say it's been put back several times already.

And from my experience, most retailers will honour the price you agreed to pay initially; I'm pretty sure there's some sort of trading and standards violation in there if they offer you one price then jack it up after you've agreed to pay.

Depressing as it is, I really don't have one. Nothing really excites me, and I've got a huge backlog. Possibly Dishonored, if it's looking good before release. Halo 4 and Bioshock Infinite are also possibilities.
It depresses me that they're all FPSs.

The only game I think I'll be getting this year is GW2, which I've already pre-ordered. The last 3 games that I bought myself I have barely played, so I've decided I'm not going to buy games on release any more because of that. GW2 is an exception, because it is GW2.

MGS HD Collection and Gravity Rush tomorrow!! YESSSSSSSS...

Unless you mean the Vita version, the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection has been out for quite some time now... and for some reason, the Vita version doesn't come with Peace Walker, which seems kinda cheap to me.

OT: Well, Dark Souls for the PC seems like a likely candidate, as does Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion comes out tomorrow, so I'm not prepared for that at all. Maybe Darksiders II...
