When I'm sad, I make other people sad, that's why everyone best make me happy, or I'll do my "Joe Pesci got into some blow" impersonation.
OT: Uh, I don't know about "happy" but morphine and xanax seem to have a calming effect, from what I've observed in others.

There isn't some magic phrase that can be said by anyone to make me happy, but there are some people that can make me happy by just talking to me, as long as they aren't angry with me at the time.

Happiness is the goal without a reason. An evolutionary impulse to which we all strive both for ourselves and for each other. It is the natural opiate which our genes have bestowed upon us all.
Actually experiencing it is something that cannot be described except in reference to itself. "Why is it good to be happy?" is an awful question that you should never think about ever.

I hate happiness. I wish it would go away and leave me in peace.
In all seriousness though, I'm pretty happy at the moment, because I've realised that though I have those of my "friends" who trip me up and mock me, I have a small band of close allies that don't care about what I do and vice versa, we're just good friends.

Happiness is great, although my eccentric behaviour and inability to take things seriously can generally piss people off.
Watching a little Bully Beatdown can pull me out of just about any sadness spiral. MAN I love that show!
