I have XP. I want to be able to run my old games so I use that. I may need to switch to Windows 7 soon though.

I believe my first OS was Windows 98, but I'm not sure.

XP at work.
Vista on my home desktop.
7 on my laptop.

About to start tinkering with 7 at work.

First was Windows 95. Currently use Windows 7. (Windows 7 rocks XP's face off btw.)

Occasionally use Ubuntu, some point in the future will also occasionally use OS X (When I can afford the damn laptop...).

Being a Programmer, it's kind of important to be competent with the various OS'es out there...

Windows 7, XP, and windows 3.1.

Wish I could use XP on my newer machine though, windows 7 has nothing useful for me expect the ability to cycle the desktop background through an image folder. The filing system has changed for 7, I don't know where anything is anymore.

eh, Windows Vista Premium 64. It's not perfect but it gets the job done (and oddly works pretty well on my pc).

Mac OS 7.5.1 and Ms-DOS (can't remember the version) were my first. Right now I'm using Windows Vista, Windows Seven and Mac OS X 10.6

I used XP until a couple of weeks ago when I finally made the switch to Win 7 64 bit =)
Best thing I've done!

My first OS was Win 95 though I have at a later date used Win 3.11 (I think) as well.
So far I've tried 3.11, 95, 98, Millenium (ME), XP, Vista and 7 (Oh and Win NT this or that in school)

I'm using the wonderful, the flawless, the utterly, 100% perfect with no bugs, instability or anything of that sort - Vista 64. I mean, I can't overstate how completely perfect this Operating System is. I love it and everybody who designed it so much I wish I could have their children - damn you, male chromosomes!. This OS is so completely perfect whenever I boot up my computer I jizz a little in my pants. It's just that good. I can't see any flaws whatsoever and don't find every moment, every little, torturing fuckup it makes some kind of eternal torment for my sins, because there is none, of course.

My first Operating System was Windows ME, I think. Or it could have been 2000. I hope it was 2000 or I may have serious psychological trauma from exposure to the Mistake Edition.

Started with MSDOS. Moved to Windows 2.0, then 3.0, followed by 95, 98, XP, and am currently resting at Vista.

I should elaborate: I'm using a 64 bit system, so my Vista is Vista 64bit with SP1.

by the way the installation goes wrong and i'm still using win xp, using that OS my whole life is my destiny i think. or win7 just hates me. i don't know. i'll try it tomorrow again, good night.
